Hello,
Welcome to your class on healing through intuition.
In this class,
You're going to learn how to tap into your intuition and use it for your own healing and progress.
We jump straight into the meditation,
So I hope you enjoy.
Hello and welcome to my class on developing intuition.
Intuition is becoming a commonplace word in society today.
We have all sorts of phrases like women's intuition,
Speaking to women,
Being able to sense what their partner's doing,
What their kids are doing.
We have phrases like intuitive eating,
Where you use your intuition to decide what food is going to be best for you.
We have words like gut feeling or empathy,
Being an empath.
Speaking to where people are feeling the environment around them,
They're feeling the emotions,
Sensations,
And they're getting an intuitive sense based off of that.
We're going to focus on the type of intuition that's not perceived through the body,
But one that we can perceive through our conscious awareness.
We're going to be seeing energy rather than feeling it.
But it's interesting because intuition has been popping up all over.
They're using it in new neuroscience today in the medical community,
And how our beliefs can cause us to have certain medical conditions.
We can store memories and feelings around a certain pain that we had,
And that can create a long lasting pain,
Even though it's not actually there in present time.
They use intuition in business and in science,
Where they've even spent a lot of money trying to fund a robot that can hear people's voices,
And through their voices,
It can intuitively configure out,
Can calculate what the truth really is.
For investors that are in some big stockholder meetings that are deciding whether to buy or sell,
Whether to keep going with the company,
This robot would help give them that information.
Science is trying to copy intuition.
They're trying to make devices to get people into a meditative state faster.
They're using it in the military,
Where they have been trying to develop TSP practices,
Remote viewing,
All different things for those purposes.
My point is just that intuition,
It's no longer some woo-woo subject that only certain people are aware of and getting into.
It's something that has started to come out into our world at large,
Into our day-to-day life.
How does one tap into their intuition and start to find their own answers?
Well,
Step one is being able to have some level of concentration.
We live in a three-second world where everything is really fast,
Really immediate,
Where we don't have to put our concentration on anything for very long.
Part of being able to perceive an energy to get an answer,
To use that intuition,
Is being able to have a little bit of focus,
A little bit of concentration.
But almost contradictively,
The second part is being able to be open,
Being able to be curious,
Being able to come like a child.
For some people,
That sounds like the opposite of being concentrated.
How can you be open and childlike and focused?
That's something we're going to practice a little bit in this class today.
Step three is being able to process the information that you're being intuitive to.
That's oftentimes the issue with people who are trying to perceive intuition through their body and through feelings is that their body is full of all sorts of sensations,
Full of all sorts of feelings.
They're getting this intuitive hit,
But they're feeling it in their body,
They're bringing it into them,
And then they're trying to figure out what does it mean.
Sometimes it's not the most clear information versus if you can see it,
You can sometimes get more clear,
Accurate,
Detailed information,
The way that psychics do.
We're going to learn how to have some concentration while having openness and play,
And also how to start to interpret some of that intuitive information.
Might sound like a lot,
But I know you guys can do it.
That's the game plan.
Let's go ahead and jump into a meditation and experience it for yourself.
Go ahead and find a comfortable position in your chair.
Get nice and situated to where you're comfortable but in an upright position.
Maybe sitting in a chair,
Not laying on the floor,
Being cross-legged.
Sitting up will work better for this particular meditation.
You can start to close your eyes.
You can start to give yourself a deep breath in.
A deep exhale out.
We'll just get centered by focusing on our breath for a moment.
It's not a breathwork class.
We'll just use that to come to the present moment in our body,
And then we'll move on to the intuitive work.
Imagine that as you sit there in that chair,
The breath that you take in can increase your alertness.
It can expand your awareness,
Even if just a little bit.
On that deep exhalation,
You can imagine that your shoulders can drop,
Your back muscles can relax.
You can start to sink into that chair more and more.
Give that a try for a couple of breaths.
We're going to use some visualizations.
Visualizing,
It helps the active part of your mind to become more intuitive.
It helps get you out of that intellect into the intuitive side of your brain.
The visualizations,
They're not only procuring powerful results,
But they're also accomplishing the first part of developing your intuition,
The concentration part.
All the while,
They're helping to maintain the second part,
Staying open,
Curious,
Relax.
You can see if you can apply that idea to the rest of this meditation,
Bringing your focus to visualizations.
If your mind starts to wander,
Just bring it right back.
What were we looking at?
What were we focusing on?
That's how you can keep it in some gentle concentration.
You don't have to try really hard.
You don't have to be in a lot of effort,
Just watchfulness.
Oh,
I started to get distracted by a sensation,
Started to get distracted by a thought.
What were we visualizing?
Let's bring my awareness back there.
And if you start to find yourself getting too serious about it,
You can start to give yourself an amusement picture,
An image of something funny that you can see in your mind's eye.
Or you can try to look for something new.
If you can't be amused,
Can't get into some humor,
You can at least get into some curiosity.
What else can I explore about this visualization?
Because intuition,
It's going to work better through play and openness,
Not through effort or trying.
And so the first thing I'd like you to do is to start to bring your awareness to the center of your head.
You might see your awareness as a little ball of light.
Maybe that ball of light is floating over to the center of your head.
Maybe it was sitting somewhere further down in your body,
Or it was off in the distance in a conversation.
Bring that ball of light back to the center of your head,
Behind your forehead,
And in between your ears.
And once you gently arrive in the center of your head,
Would you start to imagine a nice scenery all around you?
It could be your favorite scene that you experienced out in nature,
Or it could just be a room,
Or it could be totally imaginary,
Something that you've just made up,
Your dream scenery,
Dreamscape.
Just take some time to find yourself there.
And this space is your spiritual sanctuary.
It's just for you,
No one else.
So if you find somebody else in this center of head space,
Ask them to leave,
Open a door,
Usher them right out.
No pets,
No animals,
No people,
Just you and your awareness.
This isn't the intellectual thinking part of your mind.
This is the intuitive part of your mind.
So just by bringing your energy and awareness here,
You're starting to tap into your sakshatra,
Your third eye,
Getting out of the reactionary response mechanisms of the body,
And getting into an energetic center where you can be aware,
Where you can be intuitive,
Where you can be clear.
So don't underestimate the power of just being right here,
Right now,
In the center of your head.
It's not the physical center of your head,
It's your energetic center,
Your guru seat,
Captain's chair,
Whatever you want to call it.
And from that nice new center of head space that you've set up,
Would you see a giant tube of energy connecting from your waist all the way down to the center of the planet?
You could see that as a giant tree trunk that's sort of seat belted onto your waist,
And maybe it's growing down to the center of the planet,
Getting wider and wider as it goes down.
Maybe you have to attach a cruise ship anchor to the bottom of that tube.
That way you can drop it and see that weight carrying it to the bottom of the planet.
It doesn't have to be a tree,
It could just be an energetic tube.
And what you're doing is you're grounding yourself into the earth.
You're getting connected with the earth's biorhythms,
And you're setting up a tube of energy in which you can release energy,
Which is something else we didn't talk about that can be really helpful when developing your intuition,
Is being able to release energy.
Part of the intuitive path is discovering more of who you are.
And sometimes as you discover more of who you are,
You discover more of who you aren't.
And when you find those things,
Those false beliefs,
Those energies from other people,
Those things of the past,
You want to be able to do something with them.
You want to be able to release energy so as you open up your sensitivity,
It's not overwhelming.
So if you're noticing any thoughts,
Sensations,
Feelings that are bothering you,
Distracting you,
Just imagine that you could take them,
Absorb them up in a big sea sponge,
And drop them right down that grounding cord.
Just release any and all of that energy.
Let it go.
And notice how that feels to get to release.
Good.
And then still with your eyes closed,
If you would,
Out in front of you,
Imagine that there's a whiteboard,
A screen.
Don't put it just a couple inches from your face,
Put it arms like that in front of you,
Maybe three or four feet.
And see that that screen is really clean and clear,
That it's just bright white,
Just a blank canvas.
We're going to practice some of our imagery skills,
Being able to see images,
And then we'll practice being able to use those images to find our answers.
So when you have that nice clean and clear whiteboard out in front of you,
I want you to just practice creating a couple images on it.
Imagine seeing the pumpkin out in front of you on that screen.
We call this a reading screen because that's where we're going to be reading the energy.
We're going to be seeing it.
Good.
And then after you've created that pumpkin,
You can explode it or have it disappear,
Erase off that screen.
And see if you can create an image of a cat.
And see if that cat can be multidimensional.
It doesn't have to just be a 2D screen.
It could be 3D,
It could be moving around,
That cat could be chasing a ball of yarn.
And after you have somewhat of an experience of that moving image,
Would you clear it off your screen?
And ask it to show you just one more image.
Just have it show you a little,
Almost like a movie scene.
Just something playing out.
It doesn't have to really be of any relation to your life.
It doesn't have to be something you've seen recently.
Just as if you could almost create a new movie scene in your mind,
Having it out there on that screen.
What could be displayed?
What could be seen?
It could just be as simple as a kid playing basketball.
Or somebody skiing down a big mountain.
Jumping off a boat into the ocean.
Just see some sort of moving,
Dynamic scene playing out.
And maybe you can even get a little bit of a storyline.
Like,
Oh,
This kid's been playing basketball by himself every day after school,
Trying really hard to get better.
Or this skier going down this mountain,
It's been their lifelong pursuit,
Their dream to be able to go down this one particular mountain.
They've always wanted to try.
Or the person jumping off the boat into the water.
They've always had a fear of sharks,
And they finally for the first time were able to get off the boat and just jump in.
They took the leap.
Just see what kind of storyline you can make up with the image that's playing out.
And if your job was to have a little summary,
A little book report,
And you were supposed to just take out the main lesson.
If you were supposed to derive this movie into some greater message,
Some lesson,
What would that lesson be?
It doesn't have to be applicable to you or what you're going through.
This is just us practicing,
Just warming up.
See if you can come up with a little bit of a lesson.
And then when you're done with that,
You can clear that all off your reading screen.
You can get it all nice and blank and white.
And everything we're doing,
Even if it seems kind of silly and pointless,
It's a really specific reason why we're doing it.
It's helping us to develop or activate part of our intuitive self.
And you may not be perfect at it your first time trying.
It may be kind of hard.
You may be having a hard time following or staying focused,
Hard time seeing,
And that's okay.
Just know that it can be as simple as having a dream.
When you drift off in the middle of the day and have a daydream and you're seeing a scene playing out,
Or when you're asleep having a dream.
It doesn't have to require effort or trying or using the mind.
Maybe those are the energies that you're getting through as we get closer to accessing more of your intuitive self.
Those feelings and energies that are arising is what's coming up.
And so you can grab that sponge,
You can take any of that trying,
That effort,
That frustration,
Anything that comes up.
And you can just,
You know,
Move that sponge around your body,
Around your head,
Wherever you feel that rising from,
Absorbing that energy and dropping it down the grounding cord that's attached to your waist.
Just let it go.
Smile to yourself.
And then after you've released any of that that's come up,
I want you to think of something that you would like to receive intuitive information on.
If you were to come to me for a reading or anyone else,
What's something that you'd want to ask?
What's something that you've been having trouble figuring out?
A mystery problem,
A relationship dynamic,
Next step.
What would you ask?
What would you want to know?
And now,
With that in mind,
Would you ask for an image,
Another scenery,
A movie scenery,
To start to play out on your screen?
And don't try to make sense of it or anything right now.
Just see the actual scene.
From start to end,
If you could just see one clip.
What's happening?
You have your question in mind,
But you're putting it off to the side,
And you're just letting a scene show up.
You're using your intention to ask the scene to not be a random one this time,
But to be one that answers the question.
One that's going to give you some sort of intuitive information about what it is that you wanted to ask.
And you don't have to try to make an image to get an answer,
Just let it be fun and playful for now.
Let it play out like that scene in a movie.
And if it truly makes no sense,
You just don't see anything at all,
It's just black or you don't like what you're seeing,
You can ask for another image.
Let there be another image.
If you're truly not able to see a scene playing out,
That's okay.
You can use that sponge to clear off any of that energy that's sitting between you and your reading screen.
Whether it's fear of being new at something,
Fear of making a mistake,
Whether it's resistance to the exercise,
Whatever's coming up within you,
You're seeing that,
You're being aware of that energy.
You might think you're not seeing anything,
But you're at least seeing what's in between you.
And the scenery,
The movie scene.
So you can release that with a sponge and then look again.
You should be able to see something now or you could see something now.
And if not,
Just imagine if you could see something,
What would it be?
What would the scene be?
Maybe you can't see it,
But you get a sense of something happening or you can think of something happening.
Wherever you can access in this meditation is fine.
There's no perfect picture that you have to fulfill.
But now that you have that movie scene playing out,
See if you can derive the lesson.
There's just a key message from that movie scene.
What would it be?
Just like you did before,
But this time it's how it applies to your question.
How it applies to you.
Did you ask about a certain relationship and you saw an image of a ship sinking?
Okay.
Does that ship sinking,
Does that tell you that that relationship is sinking?
Does the person on the ship abandon it,
Hop on a little life raft and paddle away?
Or do they grab wood and start nailing the ship back together?
Do they try to fix it?
Sometimes it can be an exact image.
Did you ask about what food is causing you to have a certain symptom and you got an image of which one you're having a reaction to or something like that?
Or did you ask what your life purpose is and you saw an image of you sitting on a beach?
And maybe you're doubting that your purpose could be as simple as sitting on a beach,
That you have to actually do something,
Go somewhere.
But maybe it's not telling you your exact life purpose.
It's telling you your next step.
Maybe your next step isn't the exact image,
But it's what the image is trying to bring up within you.
Like,
Oh,
Sitting on a beach,
I feel relaxed,
I feel calm,
I feel connected to myself,
I feel an alignment.
Maybe that's your next step is to get into some alignment.
You could do it wherever you are,
Whether you're in a car,
Whether you're at your house.
Wherever you are,
You don't actually have to go to that beach.
You can create that same effect within you at any time.
Your answer,
The truth,
Is always going to be right here and now,
Wherever you are.
It's not going to be somewhere else.
So see if you can derive some sort of message or some sort of answer out of what you're seeing.
And it's normal to not totally trust yourself,
To not totally feel 100% certain,
To maybe feel like you're making it up,
Or you're just getting the answer you want to get.
It's easy to not trust that it's coming from a deep intuitive sense when you're first trying.
Fortunately,
The only solution to that is practice,
Trying this time and time again.
But if that first visualization didn't really work for you,
It was a bit too much,
Let's try it in a little bit of a simpler way.
When you get serious,
You get stuck,
You don't try harder with spirituality,
You try less hard.
You try something simpler,
You go back to the basics.
So let's take it a step back and go a little bit more basic with it.
Ask the same question,
Even if you got your answer.
Have the same question in mind.
But this time,
Just have a color show up.
Just one color.
And just think to yourself,
What does that color remind you of?
If you could think of a thing or you could think of a noun.
What does that color you see in answer to your question remind you of?
You don't want to interpret first.
You want to always see first.
You want to see the image,
The color,
Whatever it is first.
That takes you out of the mind and into your intuition.
Opens you up.
And then after you've really seen it,
You really see that color.
Let's say it's orange.
Then you can start to do a little bit more interpretation.
Okay,
I saw orange and that orange color reminds me of a sunset.
Sitting outside on a roof or a porch,
Watching the sunset with a nice cup of tea.
And so maybe the message for me would be to have more moments like this.
More moments of peace and calm in between the busyness.
Because maybe my question was how to feel happier in life in general.
That's what I saw was that orange,
Just as an example.
And that's how we start to stay focused,
Concentrated,
While also open and intuitive.
It's like training a new muscle,
Your psychic muscle,
Your third eye muscle.
And so you can practice this exercise with small questions in your life,
Little things.
And as you build up confidence and certainty in these little questions being answered through intuition,
You can move on to asking bigger and bigger questions.
But the way to develop certainty is through practice over and over again.
And so you can get that practice through more intuitive meditations or through trying this a few more times.
Even daily you could try it.
Let me give you one more powerful,
Positive visual tool that you can implement as part of your daily practice.
And that's after we've released that energy,
Right?
You use that sponge to release energy.
You can clear off that reading screen out in front of you of all those images,
That answer.
Clear it all off.
Go back to being a blank slate in the center of your head.
And then imagine that there's a great big golden sun above your head,
Great big golden orb.
And imagine that that sun has a magnet within it,
Or its gravitational pull from it being so big as the magnet.
And it's magnetizing back your energy.
It's calling you back from wherever you are,
Anywhere your energy's been scattered throughout time and place.
Anywhere where it's been somewhere other than the center of your head.
And see all of that energy,
All of that you coming into this golden sun right above you.
And whatever your answer is to your question,
If that was to be a vibration,
A frequency,
Let's call it a color,
What color would that be?
And you can just dump that color into the golden sun.
It'll become golden,
But it's infused with your answer,
With your next step,
With the truth.
Not your thoughts about it,
Not your feelings about it,
But the actual truth of the situation,
The truth of the question.
And so then you can imagine that you can reach up and pop that golden sun,
Seeing that bright,
Bright,
Vibrant gold energy pouring into the top of your head,
Down through your face,
Through your neck,
Shoulders,
Or so legs,
Arms,
All the way out to your fingers and toes until you're just overflowing with that gold ambient energy all around you.
Give yourself another deep breath in.
And an easy exhalation out.
And you can start to wiggle and stretch and come on out of meditation.
Maybe you keep the intention of having an intuitive eye open,
Even as you open your physical eyes.
Maybe you see a little bit of those gold sparkles all around you,
All the gold you just filled in with.
That's how you replenish yourself after a meditation,
After releasing energy.
You may also bend over,
Shake out a little bit.
There you go.
Thanks for being here.
That's the first step towards developing your intuition.
