All right,

Awesome.

Thanks for coming to the monthly meditation space.

Everybody's excited to get healings and to have somebody do onto them,

But there's,

As you can see,

Not a lot of people that want to do work for themselves or meditate for themselves.

That's always a much shorter line of people that are interested.

Yeah,

But I'm going to bring in some pretty cool meditations into this space.

And the first one I wanted to start with was kind of per Sarita's idea,

Which I really like it as an idea.

Yeah,

We used to do some journey work.

And so that's something we're going to bring back into this space.

So we're going to journey to meet our main spirit guide.

There's different non-physical guides that work with us on a day-to-day basis,

And that can help us with different areas of our life.

Like for me,

I'm really sick right now.

And so I have a guide that I work with that I assigned to just helping me manage my energy and manage my space and just kind of keep my body going.

Cause I had to resume work today.

I can only cancel so many things.

And yes,

That guy has been really helpful getting me through the day and everything.

So this,

This guide is our main spirit guide.

And the way that I like to think about it is we live in a planet that has a pretty big diversity of different animals that are there.

And I like to think of it a little bit like the animals,

They have their own specialty.

They have their own kind of unique characteristics and their own unique energy that they bring forth.

So I kind of like to imagine it as if every animal in some place in the universe had their own planet.

What would that planet be like?

If they were running the show,

They were the only energy that's there.

That's what their gift would be that they bring forth versus here we are on this pretty complex learning planet that has all these different energies both within ourselves and within the world outside of us.

And so we get a whole diversity of these different qualities.

And so our main spirit guide,

Me and Sarita were kind of talking about it,

How I used to have an owl and the qualities of the energy that the owl brought me were really important for what I needed in my life.

It was really looking over me and guiding me.

And I had done this exact journey to meet that guide.

And it not only did owls show up internally and as an energy helping my life,

But I actually started seeing physical owls at a weird rate.

I would see them very often and if I didn't,

People would send me pictures of them,

Little cards with them.

When I would get in bad situations with people I shouldn't be around,

There would be an owl there,

Like an owl statue or just something seemingly random,

But they were looking out for me.

And actually once that helped me get out of a lot of trouble.

I was in a bad situation and the owl convinced me to leave.

And everybody that was in that building got in a lot of trouble and heat and the owl guided me away from it.

And so then over time as I kind of evolved and grew as a person,

What I needed changed too and my main guide switched to a sea turtle because the energy of that is now more so what I needed to help guide me along.

So that's just to give you some context of just around guides and this meditation can be done to find all sorts of different guides.

We're going to specifically look for our main spirit animal tonight,

But you could do it again to get like a secondary spirit animal or different kinds of guides.

So yeah,

We'll record it that way you have it and you can use it for if you want to go back and find anything else.

You can have specialized animal guides if you have like a specific thing in your life that you want to help with like me being sick could be one.

And it doesn't have to be an animal guide.

That's just what we're doing here.

Yeah,

That's it.

Did anyone have any thing they wanted to add before we jump in?

No,

I'm just excited.

I love this kind of work and I definitely pay attention to animals when they come forward to share their medicine.

So I'm just,

This is awesome.

Excited.

Sweet.

All right,

Well,

We can start by just getting in a comfortable position.

You don't have to be sitting up for this meditation.

A lot of people actually prefer to lie down.

And so if you have a comfortable spot that you can lie down and still hear me through the computer,

Feel free to do so.

But if you do prefer sitting,

It's not a big deal.

You can journey within that way too.

Yeah,

Sometimes people just go a little bit deeper if they're laying down as long as you don't fall asleep.

Okay.

And so once you find that nice comfortable position,

You can give yourself a nice breath in and an easy sigh out.

Really give yourself a few breaths there just to get centered in your body to kind of come back to yourself.

Sometimes people think of a stork as kind of that stereotypical animal that brings the baby.

But before we go into this meditation,

I want you to imagine that a stork could fly by and you could just hand it all of the energy of your day,

Everything that you're holding on to,

Everything that you're processing,

Any energy,

Conversations,

Worries that would keep you from getting to go within and meet this guide tonight.

Just you can put it in one of those little blankets.

Just hand it to the stork.

The stork can take that energy and fly off with it.

You can let it go.

Maybe you breathe a sigh of relief as you let go of that energy.

And I want you to just find yourself where you're at in your body.

Maybe you find yourself in the center of your head space.

Maybe you find yourself in your heart.

Or by your belly button.

Just get a sense of where's the most of your energy.

Where do you feel yourself if somebody were to ask you to point to where you are.

And just as you breathe and find that center point,

Just start to allow yourself to go within.

You're going within on a physical level.

But even more importantly,

You're starting to go within on a spiritual level.

Good.

And in this inner state of being,

Would you just look around and start to see a scenery develop around you,

A landscape.

Just have it be the landscape of your day-to-day consciousness or of how you're showing up right now.

As if that landscape is kind of displaying to you what your inner realm looks like.

Just the surface of your inner realm.

Kind of like if you did a painting to show how you were feeling today.

This is kind of a live painting.

And it should just be you in there.

If you look around and you see other friends,

Relatives,

Anything like that,

Just invite them to leave.

This is your inner space.

And imagine that you could walk to the center of that inner space and you could open a door,

Almost like a door to an underground bunker where you turn the handle and pull the door up.

It can be bigger.

It can have enough room.

It could be more like a stairwell if you've ever seen a tornado shelter.

They'll have that little small structure on top,

Kind of like a standing closet where you can open the door and then you walk down deep into the earth.

We're going to go deep into the tornado shelter of you,

Of your inner world.

So open that door and start to slowly walk down those stairs.

And I'm going to count down from 10.

And when I get to zero,

You'll reach the bottom of those stairs,

Entering into your inner realm,

Away from all distractions,

Away from those physical sensations that would draw you to move or to fidget.

Bring your energy into this inner awareness and away from those distractions,

Sensations.

And so you can start to take the journey down this stairwell.

Ten.

Walking deeper into the depths of who you are.

Nine.

Going into a place where you can connect with a guide that will be waiting for you.

Eight.

Where we'll create a safe space to have that interaction.

Seven.

Space just for you.

Six.

Five.

Really letting this countdown guide you deeper into your own subconsciousness.

Four.

A place where there's stillness,

Clarity.

Three.

Two.

Maybe there's even some excitement about returning to a place within you that you haven't accessed in a while.

One.

You can now reach the bottom of that stairwell.

Zero.

And maybe there's a door that you open,

A door that opens up into a deeper inner landscape.

This landscape again reflects to you the energy of you,

But at a deeper level of your being.

In a place where the energy of other people in the world doesn't come in.

It's just you,

Your inner landscape,

And whatever you call to you in this place.

I want you to walk out into that landscape.

You can take a moment to just be an observation of the space around you.

Seeing how bright it is.

Seeing how clear it is.

If it's not bright and clear,

Maybe you haven't been in this inner realm for a while.

You want to turn the lights on or have the sun shine brighter.

This inner realm doesn't operate within time and space,

So it can be daytime here,

Even if it's nighttime in your physical location.

So just look around and notice how real everything looks.

Maybe it looks even more real than the world you're used to seeing.

Maybe there's an extra fineness to it,

A sparkle to it.

Everything just looks alive and growing,

Just so vibrant.

And as you take a look around,

You can start to walk out to the center of this landscape,

If there were to be one.

And when you get to the center of that landscape,

Would you create a sacred circle?

You can imagine that as a circle of rocks.

You could imagine that as a circle of trees,

If they were to grow perfectly in a circle.

You could have it be sort of an energetic circle that you draw with some paint,

Some crystals.

Get creative,

But make it your own.

Make it your sacred circle.

And any good sacred circle is going to hold an energetic boundary where nothing can come in other than what you invite.

It's that safe space through which the magician can cast his spells.

So create that circle and make sure it's big enough that you could fit a guide in here.

Especially if your guide is a larger animal,

You want to make sure there's plenty of room in there.

And then once you're inside that sacred circle and it's the way you like it,

Go ahead and call to your main totem animal to be with you.

Just out loud in that inner realm,

You can just see yourself calling out,

Inviting your main totem animal to be with you now in this space.

You're inviting a specific energy,

In this case,

Your animal totem into that sacred circle.

And just let yourself be completely open to who shows up.

Don't try to think of what it should be,

Of what animal you like.

None of that.

Just see who actually shows up.

Who actually greets you in this space is your main totem.

The energy of the animal that you feel most similar to,

Most alike,

It might not be the same as your main animal totem that wants to come forth and guide you.

It may be more of an energy that you're lacking or an energy you need more of that wants to be there,

But it could be the animal you maybe expect or feel most of a connection with that feels the most like you could be enhancing that quality within yourself.

We'll figure all of that out here in the next part.

Right now,

Just see who shows up.

And notice any details of that animal totem.

If there's any specific details about the appearance of them.

For example,

If it's a white rhino,

Some sort of albino version of that animal,

Or if it's appearance,

If there's anything that calls out to you a certain part of it,

It's kind of standing out more than another part.

Like maybe it's a tiger,

But it has a really long tail kind of like Tigger.

Maybe you see something that's not as much of a traditional animal,

More of a saber tooth tiger.

Just see what you see,

What you notice.

And another really important thing to be aware of is what feelings come forth when you see this guy.

Is there a feeling of safety,

A feeling of power,

A feeling of joy?

What's that really visceral effect on your body that you get from connecting with this guide in this inner realm?

And then after you get that sensation feeling level of information,

That's telling you something about the guide.

I want you to ask this guide,

What have you come to teach me?

Or what do you bring into my life?

You don't have to read an animal totem card or look it up online.

You can ask it in this space.

This is where you'll get the most powerful true to you information.

You can trust your own intuition.

Even if it at times feels like you're imagining or making it up,

That's just how your subconscious is working with you.

Helping you to understand the energy that's in front of you.

It's all quite real.

So what does that guide bring to your life?

What is that guide here to teach you?

It may be more than one thing.

Just receive the response in whatever form it comes up.

Maybe you hear the response.

Maybe you see that animal moving in a certain manner or gesture that is explaining what it's bringing to you.

Sometimes spirit can communicate in images rather than words.

So be open to different means of perceiving that answer.

And then after you get that response,

You can ask yourself,

Is there something you'd like to have in your life?

Something you'd like more of?

Is it more abundance?

Is it more health?

More joy?

More pleasure?

What's something that you would like more of?

And then you can ask your totem animal what it would like in return,

If anything,

For its help.

Is there anything that it needs from you?

Is there something that needs you to acknowledge in your inner child?

Is it an action that it needs you to take in your world to help utilize its gift,

Its energy?

If you're asking for more abundance or more creativity and this guide is here to help you with that,

You can't just sit on your hands and do nothing and hope that it does it all for you.

It might have an action step for you or something that it wants in return for the help.

And you can see if there's anything that this guide is suggesting that you'd be willing to do.

You can see if there's any specifics you want to agree to.

How often do you want to do this thing?

Does it need to happen once or a few times?

Maybe it's something that seems kind of random,

Like going off into the woods and being alone for an hour.

You can be open to what shows up.

And then after you get that information,

You can ask the spirit guide,

What's a way that you can continue to contact this guide when you need it in your day to day life?

Maybe you don't have time to go deep into this journey work.

What's a way that you can keep contact?

Is there some sort of kinesthetic anchor that the guide can connect into,

Into your body to help?

When you use healing guides,

You have them connect into your hands.

But when you use a animal totem type of guide,

Maybe there's another feeling or another connection point that that being wants to connect in it.

Or maybe you just want to feel it as a source of power,

Energy in your heart center somewhere else.

Maybe the way to contact this guide is through just visualizing the guide coming in.

Maybe you see yourself,

You see whatever you're trying to overcome or create more of.

And then you visualize that guide sort of moving through in whatever way they do and moving that energy along.

Maybe they want you to watch that visually.

So you can kind of see what energy is moving to help you get from point A to point B.

See what it is for you.

And you can ask now too,

Is there any sort of gift that this guide wants to give you?

That gift could be an inner gift,

An inner quality.

It could be an empowering quality of their presence.

It could be information,

Piece of wisdom or guidance.

And maybe it's hard to trust your first time trying this.

Maybe you need to trust your guides guidance with smaller things first and as that proves itself then you can ask for guidance on bigger and bigger matters.

Everyone's a little different.

But I want you to see that gift or that quality of this being and see as if there's a sort of a ball or a bubble out in front of you and just see what that vibration would be,

What colors would show up in that bubble.

Maybe there's one color,

Maybe two or three.

And then ask yourself,

Is there a place within you that that energy is needed?

Could be an area of lack or it could just be an area that needs more of it.

Is there maybe a past version of yourself that needs it?

Like maybe you see yourself as a child somewhere where you were disempowered and that disempowerment has created a lifelong pattern in your life.

And so that's the area you want to give this energy to.

And just go ahead and grab that bubble and that energy and place it wherever it's needed.

Maybe it's in a body part,

Maybe it's in a chakra,

An energy center,

Or maybe it's in sort of your remembrance of a past event somewhere down your timeline.

You can see that energy just going to that place or intend that it's going to that place.

And that's a way where you can start to immediately bring this energy in to help heal that part of you.

And then you still have your way of contacting this guide outside of this meditation too.

If you need more guidance or more healing or just that moral support,

That knowingness that you're not alone.

Go ahead and thank this guide for being here with you in this space.

Knowing that you can always come back here,

You can always reconnect to this guide or any other guide that you want to meet in your sacred circle.

Say goodbye to your guide for right now.

Go ahead and leave your sacred circle.

You can make that circle disappear,

Close off so nobody else goes in it.

And then start to make your way back to that doorway through which you came down into this place deeper within your consciousness.

And if your guide's waiting for you there and wants to give you a ride over to that door,

You can do that.

Or if you're kind of running or walking over towards it together,

Just kind of enjoying that moment still in that energy and presence of that guide.

Maybe you notice a new feeling that you're walking away with just from that immediate healing that you did,

That immediate gift.

Knowing that that healing will expand as you continue to work with this guide.

And once you get to the base of that door,

You can start to open it up.

And I will count from zero back to ten.

And as I do,

You will make your way up the staircase,

Up in your level of consciousness,

Headed back towards your waking state.

Moving up the stairs,

We go from zero to one,

Two,

Three,

Leaving your guide in that inner realm,

Becoming more to that conscious state yourself,

Four,

Bringing that healing energy and quality with you,

Five,

Bringing that sense of empowerment and kinship with you,

Six,

Seven,

Eight.

You can bring that sense of stillness and peace even into your waking state.

You don't have to leave that aspect behind.

Nine and ten.

You can open that top door and come back out into that first surface layer realm of consciousness that we went into,

That light state of meditation space.

Just see that new environment,

See that you're back.

And you can slowly start to move from that place towards the center of your own head,

Bringing with you that newfound awareness,

That gift,

That energy,

Bringing it to the forefront of your mind that sits above and behind your eyes and above your ears,

Center of your head.

Be there now.

And you can start to come back out of train.

You can start to wiggle your fingers,

Start to wiggle your toes,

And just kind of shift the body in whatever way it's calling for.

And you can sit up,

Shake off,

Whatever you need to,

And you can come back out and join us.
