Hello friends,

I want you to make sure that you're in a comfortable position,

Close your eyes and start to relax.

Take a few deep breaths in and out.

When there's too much going on in our minds,

Our bodies tend to hold tension in certain areas.

Everyone holds tension differently based on our thoughts and our energy.

We're going to scan through our entire body to release any tension we may be holding onto.

Let's start just above your head.

I want you to visualize a flower sitting on the top of your head.

Watch as this flower opens up to let the bright light from above in.

As we scan through the body,

We're going to take with us this light and bring it into all areas of our body.

Let's start now by focusing on your face.

Imagine the light is moving down from your head through your forehead to your eyebrows and to the space between your eyebrows.

Take a deep breath in and exhale any tension you may be holding onto along your forehead or between your eyebrows.

Relax this area completely.

Trying to bring that relaxation and light down across your eyes,

To your nose,

To your cheeks,

And down into your jaw.

Relax your tongue and let go of any tightness or clenching that may be happening in or around your mouth and chin.

Take a breath in and a deep breath out and just let it go.

Moving now from your chin and jaw to your neck and shoulders.

This is a common area for tension to be held,

So I want you to focus on that light coming down from your head through your body and into your neck and shoulders.

Take a deep breath in and bring your attention to relaxing these areas slowly as you exhale.

Moving from your shoulders now,

Down to your chest and out into each of your arms.

Slowly allow that bright healing light to flow freely through your chest,

Into your heart,

Around your lungs,

Down your arms.

And out into your hands.

Take a deep breath in and feel the warm light helping you to completely relax.

Moving from our chest now,

Moving to our abdomen and lower back.

Inhale the light from your flower into this area of your body.

Moving the healing light around your stomach,

Your liver,

Your kidneys and down around your lower spine.

Breathe in and exhale any negative energy that you may be holding onto in this area.

Just let it go.

Moving from your abdomen now and into your hips and pelvis.

Relax and release any tension or clenching you may have going on.

Bring your attention to the spaces between your hip bones and between your pelvis floor.

Getting all the positive light from our flower and bringing it into our pelvic floor area.

Getting off now with bringing that light through our abdomen,

Pelvis and down into our legs and into our feet.

Imagine a flowing river of light effortlessly moving from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.

Getting all the positive energy from above and bringing it throughout your entire body.

I want you to now visualize your flower closing its petals to this light and protecting all the healing energy we just allowed to enter our body.

Thank you so much for taking the time to meditate with me today.

I hope you are more relaxed and centered to take on the rest of your day.

A very soothing meditation. I liked the image of a flower. I appreciated sending healing light to some of my organs. 💛p.s listening to this Dec 2025 and as others have said I appreciated the pacing which allows time to focus on the various parts. Many thanks for offering this.
