Welcome to day two of the 10 day meditation journey.

And today you will learn to clear your mind and to bring your mind back into its natural state of peace and clarity and harmony.

Because our mind is not meant to be busy and running the whole time as most of us experience it in our everyday life.

This is not its natural state.

The natural state of the mind is complete peace and stillness.

And it's important to know that we actually don't need to use our mind actively the whole day as most people do it.

We are totally capable to function in our everyday life with just surrendering to the flow of our everyday life without thinking and planning everything ahead,

Worrying about all the circumstances and events in our life.

And it is okay to just surrender and let go.

And this is the key for a clear and silent and still mind.

To trust in life,

Surrender and let go.

The first step is as we did it yesterday in day number one.

To relax the body.

So we will start today this meditation with you just taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Breathing out through your mouth,

And just relaxing your body completely,

Relaxing your mind completely.

And since you already are a little bit more trained from yesterday you will have a more easy time now to just relax and let go.

If you like you can also quickly scan through your body and just breathe into the areas in your body where you feel some stress and breathe out and let it all go and just relax.

And then bring your awareness into your headspace,

Into your mind.

And feel how you feel right now in your mind.

Do you feel calm and peaceful?

Or do you feel maybe some tension,

Some nervousness or contractions,

Maybe worries or fears,

Maybe you have plans in your mind,

Things you need to do,

Situations from yesterday or last week or even one year ago.

So whatever thoughts you have about the past,

About the future,

Just let them all go and know that everything will be taken care of.

And that you don't need to solve everything at once.

Your mind is not designed to solve every and any situation.

Just give yourself to this present moment here and now.

There's nothing you need to do.

There's nothing you need to be.

There's nothing to worry about.

Just let go of any fears and concerns and give it back to life,

To the flow of life.

And you can visualize a flowing stream of water,

A river in front of your eyes,

In your inner eyes.

Just visualize it.

In this river,

The stream symbolizes life and the stream of life.

And once you have visualized and you feel the stream to be,

The stream of life,

Just let all the thoughts,

Give your thoughts into the stream of life,

Into this river.

And let this river wash away all your thoughts and concerns and everything that you don't need anymore.

You can now give into the stream,

Let it all go.

You don't need it anymore and really feel it,

That you really don't need to hold on to so many thoughts and ideas,

Concepts and programming.

You can really,

Really,

Truly let it all go and life will take care of it.

And really feel this as a deep knowing within yourself that you will be taken care of.

Even if your mind is clear,

Even if your mind is empty,

You are totally allowed to give your mind rest and peace.

And just feel how your mind is becoming more and more clear,

More and more empty.

And feel the same way how you have to take out the garbage in your home.

You also have to take out all the thoughts and everything you don't need anymore in your mind as well.

And now all the garbage,

You just let go.

You let it go.

You take it out of your headspace into the river of life and let it wash away by the cleansing river of life.

Washing through your mind and taking away anything that you don't need anymore.

You can even visualize yourself hearing the sound of water washing through your head,

Through your mind.

Let it wash away everything you don't need and let it purify and cleanse your mind.

And just be here in this moment,

Totally alive and totally present and still and clear.

And you can use this visualization of the stream,

This stream of water as a technique to clear your mind whenever you need it.

And just let it flush through your mind.

Imagine the sound of water and just let it flush away everything,

Any confusion and unclarity.

Just feel now how refreshed your mind feels,

How light and so spaciousness and clean.

As if you took a shower,

As if your brain in your mind took a shower.

And just enjoy this clarity and spaciousness.

Just enjoy it,

Take a deep breath and just enjoy it for a moment.

And know that you always are able to come back into the state of mind of clarity and natural peace and harmony in your mind.

You don't need to worry,

You don't need to be afraid,

You don't need to plan everything and anything,

You don't need to control all the time.

Just be present in this moment and let life take care of itself.

And this will be also today's challenge and today's practice for you to go through your day to day and try to not think about,

Control and plan every step you take today.

Be aware of the things that you need to do.

Let this be in your awareness.

The things that are necessary,

Keep them and let go and discern what is not necessary.

Observe your thoughts and let go of anything and everything that is not necessary.

You don't need to think about tomorrow,

You don't need to think about yesterday.

Just be present in this moment and flow through life in complete peace and harmony with a clear and empty mind.

Let the water of life,

The stream of life flush through your mind and take away all worries.

Just play with it today.

Stay in the moment,

Stay in this present silent moment and just be present still and in harmony.
