What is your true self? In this guided meditation I will guide your deeper and deeper into your true essence, letting go of any false ideas about who you think you are. You will be guided to fully awaken into your true self and awaken to who you really are from the bottom of your heart and soul.

Welcome to day number four and I hope yesterday you had a good day creating and painting your life.

Today's meditation will be about what is your true self.

Like who are you really when you take away all conditionings and all beliefs that came from outside,

That you learned from your parents,

That you learned from society.

When you take all of this away and there's just you left,

Who are you?

It's so important to have a good connection,

A clear connection to our true self,

To this being,

To this presence within us that is not influenced by any people or by any laws,

By any beliefs.

To always find back to this,

To find a home in our true self.

So I invite you today to ask you this question in this meditation.

Who are you really?

What is your deepest being?

What does it feel like?

How does it feel like to connect with your deepest,

Deepest being?

Beyond all conditionings and ideas about life and about yourself.

What is your true and authentic nature?

And what ideas you maybe have about yourself?

Do you follow other people's advice without feeling who you are?

Are you really living your life or are you living the life of someone else?

Of a false fake projection.

And really in this meditation connect yourself with your heart.

Breathe into your heart.

This is the seed of your self,

Your true self.

And feel yourself.

Who are you?

How do you feel like?

What does your self feel like?

Go deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper.

And ask yourself,

When you think you found yourself,

Ask yourself,

Is this really me?

And then go deeper.

And then go deeper.

Destroy all false ideas that you have about yourself in the light of awareness.

And then go deeper.

And then go deeper.

Completely let go of this world you are playing in your life right now.

Put off your mask.

And be here.

Be now.

Be yourself.

Be here.

Be here.

Be here.

Throw away all concepts,

All ideas.

Now.

And this will be today's challenge for you.

To go through your day and ask yourself,

Which mask am I wearing right now?

Which role am I playing right now?

And what happens,

Who am I when I let this go?

And realize that you do not have to be anyone.

Who is left?

What is left?

And go deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper.

Don't stop.

So have a wonderful day and enjoy your self-inquiry today.
