Every day we went deeper and deeper and expanded our consciousness and awareness more and more.
Today's meditation will be about deep relaxation.
Meditation is about relaxation,
Relaxing ourselves again,
Finding back to our authentic,
True,
Natural,
Relaxed state of being.
Because normally in our everyday life we are always tense,
We are always contracted,
Always busy,
Our nervous system is always in action.
And today we will find back to our true,
Deep relaxation.
Take a deep breath in and when you breathe out,
Sink into your body.
Bring your awareness between your eyebrows to your third eye.
Every time you breathe out,
Relax your forehead,
Relax your third eye.
Relax every muscle of your face.
Relax your jaw,
Let it just be loose and hang loosely with your lips and your mouth a bit open.
Relax your brain and your head.
When you breathe out,
Let go of all the heaviness and all the stuck energy that is in your head.
Relax your ears,
Relax your neck,
Relax your throat,
Relax your chest.
Keep your position straight when you sit and at the same time bring your relaxation in every area of your body that you don't need right now.
You don't need any tension in your body.
Allow it to leave your body,
All tensions,
All fears,
All worries,
Every time you breathe out.
You sink deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation and you let yourself drop down.
Imagine how the core of the earth is pulling you and taking all the heaviness,
Taking everything away from you.
Allow yourself to relax deeply.
As if you would turn down the volume,
You turn it down more and more and more and more and more.
Everything becomes so relaxed.
Imagine how white light entering your third eye.
Filling your brain with light.
Now this light is filling your body,
Your whole body with light.
Now this light is flowing out of this relaxed state you are in right now.
Feel how you become light,
How you are light and how the more you are relaxed the more light naturally will flow into you.
This is your natural relaxed state.
Now this light is filling your body,

So to help you take a deep breath and come back slowly.
Today's challenge for you will be to stay in a relaxed state and every time you feel there is tension building up in your body.
In your head or in your arms or your shoulders or in your legs.
Take a deep breath and when you breathe out relax this area and send impulse of relaxation to it.
Especially focus on your forehead and your third eye to relax this area and your head and your shoulders and neck.
Stay rooted in relaxation today and through your body it's a great tool to check up to which extent you are relaxed or not.
