Oftentimes we don't take time to laugh and experience the little things in life that bring us joy.

It's in the child's laughter that we can learn to spend more time in the moment.

Think about how it made you feel.

Maybe it was carefree.

Maybe it was an opportunity to learn.

Life always gives us an opportunity to learn something if we allow it.
