Welcome to your mindset activation,
Finding discipline.
This meditation will take you on a short journey to focus on your strengths,
Set things in place for you to find greater discipline in your life.
You may connect this to anything that you wish at all or connect it directly to your real activation and will worth.
Begin by lying down.
Gently close your eyes and focus on your breath.
Inhale deeply,
Exhale completely.
Inhale deeply,
Let the breath travel all the way up through the lungs,
The back of the throat,
Maybe even up into the third eye.
Exhale and let the breath wash through the body,
Over the chest,
Into the abdominals,
Down through the hips,
Into the feet.
This breath is grounding you.
This breath is securing you and you are safe.
With your eyes closed,
Stare into the darkness.
Relax the eyes,
Let them soften and connect back into the breath.
Inhale deeply,
Exhale completely.
Open the eyes,
Relax the eyelids and get to see the faintest bit of light coming through the eyelids.
That red,
Orange,
Deep pink light almost resembling a sunset.
Allow the light to cause you to feel warm.
The light feels safe and you feel cared for.
One more big inhale and exhale.
Just begin to go on a journey to focus on your strengths.
A strength is something that you do well.
Remember to think of the things that you do well.
Think of the ways people show you gratitude.
Think of the things that you receive compliments on.
Is that something that you do physically?
Is that something that you do emotionally?
Is it something that you do mindfully?
When we focus on the things we do well and attach that to joy,
We feel light within.
We feel able.
We feel empowered.
Let's go back to the breath.
Inhale deeply and exhale completely.
Let's go back to the breath.
Now that we focused on finding our strengths,
Let's begin to set them into motion.
Is there something that we do consistently well?
When we're assigning it to money and its energy,
We have to focus on greater discipline.
Where can you be more consistent?
Is it saving?
Is it earning?
Is it spending?
Breathe into your answer.
Inhale and exhale.
Our strengths require consistency for us to do them well.
How can you save more?
How can you earn more?
How can you spend responsibly?
Inhale into your answer.
Inhale and exhale.
When it comes to greater discipline,
Focusing on your strengths means to do something consistently well.
Where can you save more?
Where can you earn more?
Where can you save consistently?
Inhale into your answer.
And exhale.
Inhale into your answer.
Creating greater discipline is creating a consistent strategy,
Formula for how well you do.
What will you save?
What will you earn?
What will you spend?
Inhale into your answer.
And exhale.
Sometimes all we need to do is spend time with ourselves,
Answering our own questions.
Inhale into your answer.
Inhale into your answer.
And exhale.
And exhale.
Relax the cheekbones.
Relax the jaw.
Still wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Softly blink your eyes.
Until they're open.
Keep your gaze nice and soft.
And keep your mind open.
After you rest for a bit longer,
I invite you to journal your what,
Where,
When,
And how.
Bring into your strengths the answers.
Time consistency.
And activate.
The strength is something that you do consistently well.
Focus.
Thank you for your time.
Thank you for your energy.
Thank you for your commitment.
