Welcome to your fear reducing meditation.

This will be a guided journey taking you through a meadow.

During the way,

You will be taking steps along a path that's never been traveled before.

We will focus on acts of courageousness,

Fear elimination,

And grounding.

Let's begin with the breath.

Take an inhale and let it travel all the way through the backside of the body,

From the tailbone to the back of the chest,

All the way through upwards towards the crown of the head.

Hold that inhale.

And now exhale,

Let the breath wash in front of you,

Over the chest,

Through the belly,

Rolling through the hips,

Grounding you in place at the feet.

Let's breathe again.

Inhale,

All the way through the tailbone.

Wrap the breath around the chest.

Take it to the throat.

And exhale.

Once more before we soften.

Inhale.

Hold it.

See if you can get another tiny sip of air right between the eyes,

Known as your third eye.

And exhale.

If your eyes are not closed yet,

Feel free to gently close the eyes,

And soften the eyeballs behind the eye sockets.

Let's rest for a little while.

Softening.

Softening more.

Relaxing.

Feeling palatable.

Now wiggle your brow line up and down a few times,

Until the brow line feels like it can rest.

Allow everything behind the eyes to go dark.

Just know that you are safe as we begin to build and create.

Now feel the back of the eyes with light.

And now without opening the eyes,

Just envision yourself connected into the earth.

The soles of the feet are reaching deep into the earth.

Keeping you safe.

Keeping you secure.

Above ground,

You feel the slickness,

The satin filling of blades of grass under your feet.

They feel cool to the soles of your feet.

They're nourishing you.

They provide you with an opportunity to grow.

You may want to wiggle your toes deeper into the grass to connect with it more.

To honor it more.

To feel grateful more.

To feel supported.

Inside you're thanking the grass for its subtleness and subtleness.

Take your gaze about 12 feet in front of you and look out into the horizon.

You see the sky with its magnificent blue color.

And it meets the earth.

Right at the blades of the grass that you're standing on.

Notice the temperature.

There's some on your back.

You feel warm.

It brings you a sense of encouragement.

Mentally thank the sun on your back for its support.

You begin to step forward.

Creating a trail that's never been made before.

The birds are cheering you on.

The birds are singing a song just for you.

You take notice.

And you're thanking the birds for their melody.

And you harmonize with it.

You stop for a while.

And you look left.

There's a tree there.

A beautiful,

Solitary tree.

You turn left.

And you walk towards that tree.

You decide to rest for a while against it.

You place your back against the trunk of the tree.

And have a seat.

The grass is still there supporting you.

The grass is still cool.

The grass is still nourishing you.

It provides the opportunity for growth.

As you lay your back against the trunk of the tree,

You notice that it's sturdy.

It supports your back.

It hugs your spine.

It makes it feel wanted.

You close your eyes.

Mentally thanking the tree.

For providing the comfort and the stability that you need.

You can now,

Peacefully inhale all the way up through the back of the spine to the back of the chest.

To the base of the throat.

With an additional sip of air to the third eye.

The place right between the brow line.

And you exhale.

In this place,

In this moment,

You're moving through stillness.

The energy of your heart is expanding.

But the body remains still.

What is there to fear?

What is there to be scared of?

You are anchored.

You are loved.

You are safe.

As you are sitting against the tree,

You notice that there are some falling leaves around you.

And as each leaf falls,

You notice that the falling away of fear.

Intensifies.

The falling away of debt.

The falling away of obstacles.

The falling away of lack.

You notice that these leaves fall to the ground.

And then they get blown away,

Gently away from you.

Into the breeze.

Moving towards the horizon.

Moving across the path you just traveled.

Until you barely notice them at all.

You mentally think the leaves.

But you don't require them any longer.

Inhale again through the back of the spine.

Feeling the support of the tree trunk.

And you exhale with content.

It's time to stand up and thank the tree for its support.

Its connection.

Its release.

As you stand and turn towards the tree,

You notice all of the branches.

All of the different limbs extending from the trunk.

They're reaching towards you.

Some are reaching away.

Some are out of reach as they expand up into the horizon.

And you're thankful for all of these different limbs.

All of these different avenues of support.

All of these various resources.

You turn from the tree.

And walk back the path.

And you turn right.

No longer returning to what you once knew.

But what you know now.

The absence of fear is the courage you need.

The courage that brings you home to everything you've ever wanted.

The courage to be grateful for the stress that you've endured.

As you walk back to the place where you started,

You have a sense of growth.

You feel taller.

You feel connected.

You feel appreciated.

Taking a breath.

And exhale.

Feeling the sun starting to move down your back.

Lowering into the horizon.

And the grass starts to feel a bit cooler.

And you know your time is now shifting.

You wiggle your toes into the grass once more.

Thinking it for its growth.

And you wiggle those toes once more.

Thinking it for its time.

And you lift your brows once more and settle them down.

Realizing that you can return back to that tree anytime you need to.

Take another inhale in.

And exhale.

And you're thanks.
