We will work through the energy wheel colors of the rainbow.
We'll focus on red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue,
Indigo,
And violet.
We'll finish up with golden,
Ray,
Light.
Let's begin with the breath.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale completely.
Relax your body.
If you're sitting in a chair,
Lift your spine but keep everything soft.

If you're lying down,
Release your body and begin to be soft.
Soften.
Soften even more and relax.
Inhale again and exhale.
Once more,

Let's begin with the energy of red.
Red is a color of stability,
Safety,
Security.
The color red brings vitality,
Sustainability.
The color red is sacred.
It's appetizing.
It's energizing.
And it's alerting.
We embrace red when we want to acknowledge our sense of security and stability.
Think of all the ways in which you feel secure.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale completely.
Inhale into the color orange.
Exhale.
The color orange is within the sacral area of the body,
The reproduction,
The creativity of life.
Orange is a color of deep joy.
It can be radical.
It's healing.
It brings about optimism,
Deep creativity,
And acknowledgement.
Orange can resemble the setting sun in all its magnificence.
Orange is healing.
Inhale and exhale.
Let's breathe into yellow.
Inhale and exhale.
Yellow is the energy of confidence and courage.
It brings up brightness.
It speaks to happiness.
It speaks to care and empowerment.
It is very courageous.
It upholds courageous acts.
It is a color of manifestation.
Breathe into yellow.
Yellow is healing.
Inhale and exhale.
Breathe into green.
Green is a color of gratefulness.
Green is healing.
Green is gratitude.
Green is growth.
Green is nurturing.
Green is the color of opportunities.
Some would say luck.
Some would say miracles.
Green is ambition.
Inhale into green.
And exhale.
Green is healing.
Breathe into blue.
Blue is healing.
Blue is communication.
Blue is authentic listening and noble silence.
Blue is serenity.
Blue is peace and calm.
Blue is flowing.
Blue is contentment.
Blue is healing.

Indigo is healing.
Indigo is consciousness and purpose.
Indigo is authoritative.
Indigo is knowledge.
Indigo is cosmic.
Indigo is healing.
Inhale and exhale.
Breathe into violet.
Violet is healing.
Violet is spirituality.
Violet is awareness.
Violet is one spirit amongst many spirits.
Violet is accepting.
Violet is offering.
Violet is healing.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Allow all of these beautiful colors to swirl inside you.
From the crown of your head.
Through the center of the eyes.
Into the throat.
Circulating through the heart.
Circulating more into the belly.
Into the groin.
Into the tailbone.
Filling you with warmth and comfort and vibrancy.
Let those colors swirl all the way down into the heels,
Into the soles of your feet.
Reaching and extending forward into your toes.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Now envision a golden light reaching up through the center of the feet,
Into the heels,
Through the backside of the legs,
Reaching all the way up through the tailbone,
Into the back of the rib cage,
Into the back of the heart,
To the back of the neck,
The center of the head,
Reaching all the way up and through the crown of the head.
Take an inhale.
And exhale.
That golden light is a string of light that connects all of the colors into one wheel,
Radiating and spinning at the top of the head.
Leasing all the way back through the front of the body,
Back through the crown,
Back down into the center of the brow line,
The throat.
Filling up the heart with golden light into the belly,
Infusing it with golden light into the groin,
Radiating golden light into the tailbone,
Right through the thighs,
Through the legs,
Back through the center of the feet,
Reaching out,
Connecting into the toes.
And radiating all around you.
Take an inhale.
And exhale.
Now deepen into this feeling and stay here for a while.
Resting for a while.
Acknowledging the golden light within the rainbow.
