Get yourself seated and comfortable or laying down,
Settling into your space,
Into this moment.
Roll your shoulders up and back down,
Letting them relax comfortably.
Close your eyes,
Feeling your chest expand and contract when you breathe.
There's nowhere else you need to be right now,
Nothing you need to do except to be here,
Right here in this moment.
Maybe you had a rough day,
Maybe you had a moment where you questioned if you were lovable or worthy.
The pain of those kinds of questions can linger in your body and energy and we know they're not true.
You're absolutely worthy.
You're absolutely lovable.
Right here and now everything is okay.
You have the time and energy to sit for meditation.
You're safe and you're taking care of yourself by being here and doing this now,
Sitting with yourself.
Bring your attention to your heart center.
Breathe into your heart.
Imagine that it's shining a beautiful white light,
Ever-expanding and healing every part of you it touches.
Can you conjure up what the feeling of love feels like here?
Create the sensation.
If you have a hard time doing that,
Think of someone or something that gives you that feeling,
That pure love and adoration.
Once you think of them and once you have it,
Just focus on that feeling.
Breathe with it.
If you can feel it at your heart center,
See if you can let it wash even farther past that.
Let that sensation of love wash over your head.
Feel it spread down to your abdomen and lower body,
Keeping you wrapped in this sensation.
You are absolutely divine.
You are absolutely worthy.
Bask in it.
Take a moment and lightly brush your fingertips across your lips.
Feel their shape and the tingling sensation of your own skin contact.
Now brush your fingertips around your cheeks,
Your chin,
Your jawline.
You can even take both hands and caress your face.
Keep breathing with that sensation of love as you hold yourself like this for a moment.
If you'd like,
You can bring your hands to your neck and give yourself a light massage.
Rubbing in circles to relieve any tension.
Caring for your body as well as your emotions.
Showing yourself some love and care.
Maybe you want to rub your shoulders too.
Rubbing out any tension there.
Thinking to yourself,
I am so thankful I make this time for myself.
I am so grateful I have the ability to be with myself for this 10 minutes and I can give my body some love.
Maybe you'll run your hands up and down your arms now.
Soothing yourself.
Maybe giving yourself a hug.
You can run your hands lightly down your body,
Down your legs.
Feeling the gentleness in that sensation.
You can even massage your feet if you'd like once you get there.
Give yourself time and attention.
You are so worthy of it and nobody else needs to give it to you because you can do it for yourself.
You are exactly the person you need right now.
Enjoy the body you have and care for it.
Care for your own feelings just like you care about the feelings of someone you love.
Love is a sensation.
It's something you can actively practice feeling.
Take a deep breath in.
Feel that love expanding around you.
Thank yourself.
You are perfect.
You can give yourself a hug one last time or maybe stretch your arms out wide.
Helping your heart spread open even more as you open your eyes.
