Begin to slow down your breath.

Take long slow deep inhales through the nose.

And a long slow deep exhales through the nose.

Allow for your mind to rest.

Allow for your body to heal.

Allow for your emotions to calm.

Find stillness here.

With every breath connect to the very source of life itself.

Connect with being.

And from this stillness,

From this source,

Allow your next breath to appear.

Without any effort at all.

Our breath is the source of life and creation.

From this stillness comes all life and creation.

Becoming one with your breathing is the same as becoming one with life.

We draw the breath inside the body.

For a moment it becomes us.

And we exhale a part of what has become us back into the world.

Each breath is a reminder that we are intrinsically linked to the world around us.

I breathe in what you breathe out.

You breathe in what I breathe out.

We are all in this together breathing the same air.

We are one.
