The intention for this meditation is to get still to promote healing in the body. Take a moment to get still and notice the body. This track is to be used as a reminder to get back into the body and notice the present moment. Healing comes from an intention to want to get better. When we take the time to get still and set that intention to heal we open ourselves up to possibility.

My name is Allison and I'll be leading you through this short meditation today The intention of this meditation is to slow down to promote healing Take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth Do that again breathe in through your nose out through the mouth One more time and now just find the natural rhythm of your own breath In and out through the nose Not forcing just let the breath show up how it wants to show up for you in this moment when the mind wanders Bring it back to the inhale and the exhale and you've carved out These few minutes just for yourself So tap into this stillness that you are creating right now.

You are creating this safe vacuum of energy Right here Notice any sounds that are around you and then come back to your body Notice the breath in Notice the breath out Feel the body relax down into whatever surface you're sitting on or lying down on Notice the grounding Notice how the body is held by the earth and right here right now You are creating stillness and as you slow down here in this moment You are creating healing energy in the body Maybe you can feel some energy in the hands Notice the feet now relax the face do that again.

Notice the hands the energy in the hands Notice the feet take a deep breath in as you breathe out.

Just relax the face and As you move forward with your day You can always come back to this feeling this feeling of slowing down this energy this vacuum of energy that you create right here and You can heal yourself you can heal yourself by getting still and by knowing that you are full of Vitality full of energy and it's there Available to heal take one more big breath in purposeful breath in together Open the mouth and exhale
