Let's just take a few minutes to bring tranquility into our now.
To start,
Let's take a long breath in.
Hold for three seconds at the top.
And then exhale out.
Let your breathing return to normal.
And now close your eyes.
You are before a small waterfall flowing into a little pond.
There's a little bench inviting you to take a quick moment.
Sit on this bench and just listen to the water.
Watch the koi swimming around the little pond.
Accept the peacefulness of this place.
Give gratitude for this moment.
Think of all the things you're grateful for,
Including yourself,
For just taking this moment.
Open your eyes.
Move around.
