Welcome to this guided meditation for activating your heart chakra.

In this guided meditation,

I will guide you through opening up your heart space to unconditional love.

My name is Joy D.

Fanning and I will be guiding you through today's meditation.

To begin,

Take a seat or lay down.

Move around and get comfortable.

Then close your eyes.

I like to start my meditations with deep breathing to calm our mind and body.

Take deep belly breaths in through your nose,

Filling your chest up with air.

Hold for 3 seconds at the top,

Then release out through your mouth.

2 Place your attention on your heart space.

You may even feel led to place your hands there.

Let the color green fill your mind's eye and take a moment to just stay in this beautiful state.

Picture your heart before you,

Holding no judgment as to what its current state looks like.

Watch as the green,

Unconditional love surrounds it,

Healing any and all parts of it.

Listen to gratitude as you watch this unfold.

You may even feel led to place your hands on your heart space.

A doorway appears on your heart.

When you are ready,

Open this door and let the green energy flow inside.

Your heart is now full of green,

Unconditional love.

Go inside this beautiful space and take a look around.

See what is housed inside this space.

If you know of something you wish to live in your heart space that isn't there currently,

Simply add it to this space.
