Welcome to this guided meditation on cleaning out your internal home.
My name is Joy and I will be leading you in meditation today.
Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down.
Do not do this meditation while driving or any other activity that needs your full attention.
This time is meant for you to explore your inner self.
Let's begin to relax our bodies.
We'll take three deep breaths.
Scan your body,
Looking for places where tension would be.
Perhaps your shoulders or your jaw.
Repeat this to yourself.
My intention today is to clear my internal space from all energies that no longer serve me.
I invite you to imagine a house,
One that feels like home to you in a place that is safe.
You are standing outside of this house,
Looking at it.
Take notice of what state the house is in.
Are there weeds in the garden?
Is the paint chipping?
As you look at this house,
What emotions come up?
Let these emotions come and when you're ready,
Bring in the energy of love.
It's now time to begin restoring your house.
Decide where you want to start and begin working on restoring it.
Rate your hands,
Feet or arms around your back.
You you you Now that the outside of your house is pristine Take a moment to look over your work Give gratitude to yourself for doing this work It's time to go inside the house Walk inside the house Take a look around Is it dusty?
Are the curtains drawn?
It needs to be cleaned Just as we did on the outside,
I want you to do the same for the inside of your house What emotions arise as you look at the inside of your house Let these emotions come and when you're ready bring in the energy of love you It's now time to clean the inside of your house Decide where you want to start and begin your work If as you're working more emotions bubble up,
Address them,
Replace them with love and forgiveness and continue your cleaning you you you you Now your house is pristine washed with the energy of love This is exactly where your soul wants to be and stay This place is comfortable It's beautiful Take gratitude to yourself for taking the time to care for your internal home Bring your awareness back to your body Open your eyes You can start to move your fingers,
