Welcome to this guided meditation on connecting with your divine counterpart.
My name is Joy Brown and I will lead you in today's guided meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lie down,
Keeping your spine as straight as possible.
Relax,
Get comfortable,
Then close your eyes.
To calm your body and mind,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Fill your chest with air,
Hold for four seconds at the top,
Then exhale out through your mouth in a big sigh.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
In your mind's eye,
See the earth as if you are in space.
Set the intention of connecting with your divine counterpart,
Even if you don't know who that is yet.
Without force,
Let your vision be taken down to earth,
All the way to the place and then the body of your divine counterpart.
Observe them for a bit and when you are ready,
Make your presence known and begin to speak with them.
Touch hands with your divine counterpart.
Feel the unconditional love that flows between you.
Let it seep into every part of your being.
Give gratitude for all you have experienced.
Become present now of your body.
This present moment,
Slowly begin to move and open your eyes.
