Welcome to this guided meditation on guidance on the path forward.
Sometimes we may have many options before us or are just unsure of which way to point our life.
With this meditation we will set the expectation that a clear direction will be shown to us.
My name is Joy Brown and I will be guiding you through this meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down,
Move around and get comfortable,
And when you're ready close your eyes.
To calm our body and mind,
Take a deep breath in,
Hold for 3 seconds at the top,
And then exhale out in a large sigh.
Continue these deep breaths.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
Imagine you're walking on a hiking trail,
Deep in a forest.
The path is clear and it is easy to move ahead.
Keep walking forward and soon you will be met with your higher self.
Walk with them,
Asking them for directions.
Follow wherever they lead you.
You come to a crossroads in the path.
With the help of your higher self,
Choose the path that is right for you.
What you find on this path is the clarity you have been seeking.
Take a few moments now to be with your higher self.
Thank them for the guidance and meeting with you here.
Let their wisdom into your heart.
Bring your awareness to your body,
Opening your eyes and slowly moving again.
