Welcome to this guided meditation for the eclipse season.
My name is Joy Brown and I will be leading you through this meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down,
Get comfortable,
Then close your eyes.
Let's start with taking some breaths,
Just to tell our body and mind that we are entering a time of calmness.
So take a deep breath in,
Filling your chest with air,
Hold for 3 seconds at the top,
And then exhale out in a large sigh.
Continue breathing this way.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
You're now calling on our higher selves,
Setting the expectation that what needs healing today will be brought to our awareness.
You are standing in front of a door.
Behind this door is your higher self.
It is now time to integrate.
Let you and your higher self become one.
Feel the peace that lives inside of you now.
Give gratitude for all that has happened here today.
Bring your awareness to your body.
Slowly begin to move and open your eyes.
