Welcome to this guided meditation on connecting with Inanna. My name is Joy and I will be guiding you in today's meditation. To begin, Take a seat or lay down. Get comfortable. And then close your eyes calm our body and mind. Let's take a deep breath in. Hold for three seconds at the top. And then exhale out in a large sigh. Continue deep breathing for 1 minute. Let your breathing return to normal now. You are in a grass field. Grass is tall and your fingers stroke the tops of it. Walk among this grassy field until you come upon something. You will be anything, So hold no intention for what you will find. When it arrives, Simply pick it up and carry it with you. Make your way to the edge of the field. Once there, You will see an altar. Place the item you found upon the altar. Inanna accepts your offering. Stay here and listen, For she will show you and give you guidance in an aspect of your life. Give gratitude for all that has happened here. Bring your awareness back to your body. Slowly begin to move and open your eyes. Thank you for joining me in this guided meditation. Blessed Be.
