Welcome to this guided meditation on connecting with past loved ones.
Use this meditation as often as you like to help you connect with those you love.
My name is Joy Brown and I will be leading you through today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down,
Move around and get comfortable,
Then close your eyes.
To calm your body and mind,
Take some deep breaths in through your nose,
Filling your chest with air.
Hold for 4 seconds at the top and then exhale out through your mouth in big sigh.
3 more seconds and exhale to calm your mind.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
Bring to mind the past loved one you wish to connect with.
You may also just set the intention that one of your past loved ones will meet with you.
Either way is fine.
Hold no expectation as to what will happen,
Except that you will meet with them today.
In your mind's eye,
See yourself as you are sitting or laying there right now.
Soon,
The past loved one you brought to your attention will join you.
When they show up,
Greet them,
Spend time with them,
Telling them all you wish to say.
Let their words flow into your heart.
When they join you at your best time,
Greet them!
