Welcome to this guided meditation on Breaking Blocks of Abundance.
My name is Joy D.
Fanning.
I will be leading you in this guided meditation today.
To begin,
Find a seat or lay down.
Close your eyes.
Let's bring relaxation to your body by imagining a wave of relaxation energy flowing over you.
Relax your legs and feet.
Relax your hips.
Relax your arms.
Relax your torso.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your neck and jaw.
Relax your forehead.
Relax your Floyd and called friendship.
Relax your),
Your,
Your Lucy.
You are standing by a lake of golden water.
Begin walking along the edge of the water,
Making your way to the top of a dam.
As you stand on the dam,
Look at it.
What is it made of?
How sturdy is it?
Is the golden water flowing around it?
How does the dam make you feel?
At your feet are the tools you need to break the dam.
As you pick up a tool,
Name it and use it to break the dam.
How does the dam make you feel?
How does the dam make you feel?
How does the dam make you feel?
How does the dam make you feel?
How does the dam make you feel?
How does the dam make you feel?
Your work is done.
It is time to move away from the remains of your dam.
Watch as the golden water flows now.
Take notice of how you feel in this moment.
Leaving the dam area,
Make your way around the golden water,
Walking on its shore as you move along.
You can hear the sound of rushing water ahead of you and you see a waterfall below you.
Make your way down to the bottom of the waterfall.
You will see a staircase next to you,
Beating you easily down.
Let the golden water fall over you as you stand under the waterfall.
This golden water of abundance is always flowing to you now.
Enjoy your time in the water.
It's time to head back to the water.
Take the golden water for always flowing to you.
Take source for always sending this golden water to you.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Begin to move your body.
