Light beings.

Thank you for joining us on this explorative collaboration.

It's our honor to transmit this meditative offering to all who are listening in across the globe in their own timelines of the space-time continuum.

Today we're venturing onto a magical journey with Aries.

If you'd like to prepare for a relaxing experience,

Please gather what you need to equip yourself for your personal journey.

Perhaps an eye pillow,

Dim lights,

And silenced personal devices.

You may find this meditation relaxing and stimulating in nature due to Aries being a sign of fire.

We suggest this meditation to be listened to upon beginning your day or when you'd like a boost of fire into your reality.

Let's begin by shaking out any jitters and letting go of anything no longer serving us.

I invite you to lie down.

You may like to place a pillow under your knees or be in a comfortable seated position.

If you feel like changing positions at any time,

Please do so.

As I guide us,

All mine the time.

When we've completed our meditation,

You'll hear the sound of a bell.

Now let's become aware of the floor or seat which supports us.

Sink into the security of being fully supported.

Notice the texture of where you're rested.

Observe sensations in your body or outside of your body.

Notice where your body is making contact.

Let's settle into the gravity of the earth which supports us.

With each breath,

We sink deeper and deeper into the cradle of earth's gravity.

To sink even deeper,

Let's all release a breath and invite a deep breath in now and let out a sigh or yawn on the exhale.

As you feel your body being supported,

Notice your breath.

Is it fast,

Slow,

Deep,

Or short?

Just notice.

There's nothing to fix.

Just notice.

As you focus on your breath,

Observe the rise and fall of your belly like gentle ocean waves ebb and flowing with each breath coming in and out of your body.

At any moment during this meditation,

If you become lost in thought,

I invite you to come back to your breath and listen to the sound in my words and pick up where I am,

Letting go of anything which already happened.

At this time,

I invite you to set an intention,

Your personal sankalpa,

To carry you on this magical journey.

Bring your attention to the top of your head.

We will slowly scan our body,

Simply observing any tension.

If you notice any clenching,

Tightening,

Or holding,

I invite you to take a deep breath and sink any residual tension into the gravity of the earth and allow it to fall out of you like winter snow melting into the soil.

From the crown of our head,

Relax any tension in the mind.

Relax the brow,

Soften the eyelids,

Relax your jaw.

Notice your nostrils as you take a breath in and out.

Notice the moisture in your mouth,

Your lips,

Your chin,

Throat.

Relax your neck,

Back of neck.

Relax your shoulders,

Your mid-back,

Lower back,

Armpits,

Arms,

Fingers,

Chest,

Your back,

Ribs,

Heart,

Stomach,

Pelvis,

Hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

Calves,

Shins,

Ankles,

Feet,

And tips of your toes.

As we continue to breathe together on this journey,

I invite you to visualize an orb of light which surrounds your entire body.

It emanates from the center of your chest,

Your heart chakra.

This prismatic light is a blend of colors like a vibrant rainbow.

As you breathe,

The rainbow grows larger from the heart,

Surrounding you in a full spectrum of colors,

Which brings a sense of peace and warmth.

As you rest in this sense of peace,

Imagine you're sheltered in a dark space before dawn's morning light,

Lit by candlelight.

As time passes,

The shadows of the room lessen as a golden ram with flaming horns majestically enters this private space.

The golden ram's radiance is like that of a spring sunrise.

Their glow warms you and provides a burst of mindful vitality.

You notice the ram's presence has brought the fragrance of pine and geranium into the space.

The ram bows their head before you.

You notice a garland of wild roses around their neck.

They gesture with their brilliant flaming horns for you to follow them outside of this space onto open land.

As you do,

You're greeted by a dew-covered morning and warmed by the ram's glow.

As you're guided by this luminous ram,

You receive insight of information,

A question you have deep in your thought.

Perhaps a spark of inspiration is there.

From thought to form,

You move with courage as you follow the ram to a fire.

As your witness,

There is an L upon a nearby chestnut tree.

The ram asks if you have something you'd like to surrender or release.

If you do,

Please place that which no longer serves you into the burning flame.

We pause in silence for the next few breaths for you to release this offering now that comes to your mind's eye.

Please invite in a deep breath now.

The ram thanks you for being intentional and courageous.

They offer you a gift in exchange for the offering you surrendered.

It is a red-colored stone.

They ask you to carry this gift close to your heart and remember your dreams,

For they are yours to create with and have momentum wherever you go.

As the sun rises,

The light of day brightens and the golden ram ascends into its domain of the night sky.

They are always there and accessible for any journey to call upon.

As the sun rises,

You find yourself resting where you are now.

Please move at your own pace as you bring sensations and gentle movement into your body.

You may like to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Flutter your eyelids like butterfly wings.

Gently move your head side to side and stretch into rising into this day.

For a more lunar receptive intuitive experience,

Rise to your left side of your body and for a solar active expressive experience,

Rise to the right side of your body,

Inviting in breath as you gently rise.
