Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this soul activation to eliminate unconscious overthinking once and for all.

Relax your physical body,

Close your eyes and go within.

Put your attention on your breath flowing through your heart and simply be and observe as you relax more and more into the present moment.

Keep breathing and allow yourself to be.

Relaxing your eyes,

Softening your gaze,

Loosening your jaw,

Neck and shoulders,

Loosen your face,

Open your chest and let go.

Release with exhalation any unease and dis-ease and simply breathe,

Remembering your heart and a pure place in your heart full of unconditional and unlimited love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment available to you right here and right now,

Unlimited.

So continue to breathe and relax into the present moment as you notice what you notice.

And remember that you are in charge.

You're not your mind,

You're not your thoughts,

You're not even your body.

You're simply observer of the body,

Of the mind,

Of the thoughts.

So take your power back and decide where your attention goes.

So you may decide to focus on your breath through your heart.

Simply breathe.

Simply be.

And as you allow yourself to feel,

Decide who do you think you are.

Are you a great thinker or over-thinker?

Use your power to decide in your favor,

Knowing the difference between the two.

Over-thinker thinks too much when it's time to act.

Great thinker knows when it's time to decide and take action.

So decide who do you think you are.

Use your power and decide wisely because you become who you say you are.

And simply breathe.

And as you breathe,

Remind yourself that you don't have to rely on luck.

You can follow simple process to make decisions fast and efficient with your heart and mind in harmony while staying in flow.

You may call this process OODA loops.

First,

Observe.

Notice what you notice.

Second,

Orient.

Orient yourself towards what you want.

Then decide.

Cut off everything that no longer serves.

And fourth,

Take action.

Act on what you have decided on.

And then observe again.

As simple as that.

Follow this process and overthinking stops.

Because after thinking comes decision.

After decision comes the action.

And then observation again.

Observing your thinking.
