Be aware of your heart and keep breathing naturally and with ease.
With every breath becoming more aware and more present of what is happening now in your body,
In your mind and in your heart.
Keep observing and allow yourself to feel more at ease and more at peace with each breath taken.
Allow each exhalation to release any discomfort or unease from your physical body.

Neck and shoulders.

Maybe some excuses or reasons why now is not the time.
And remind yourself now is the only time.
