Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice.
Relax your physical body.
Gently release any tension.
Use any movement,
Stretching and exhalations to release.
Feel free to exhale with a sound.
And allow yourself to feel relaxation as you exhale.
Feel free to close your eyes and put your hands on top of your heart.
Just be,
Breathe and observe.
Breathe through your heart.
Start with physical sensations while allowing emotional sensations as well.
Just allow yourself to be present to your heart and any emotions that arise in your body.
You may bring your attention from heart to breath,
From breath to heart.
Don't try to teach yourself how to breathe.
Just allow.
Body knows how to breathe.
Just observe and allow.
Don't try to teach yourself how to observe.
Just notice attention moving.
Notice control you have.
Notice how your attention moves.
Just notice.
And keep bringing your attention back to your heart,
Feelings and breath.
Just allow and be present.
And as you allow yourself to feel,
You're not only attending your heart,
You're attending your needs.
And you fulfill yourself.
