Here's a two-step process to make any work productive,

Effective and elegant.

Discipline.

You start with discipline.

You show up,

You do the thing you said you would do.

However,

Most people use discipline wrong and by end of this video you will not be one of them.

Discipline is meant to be a fire starter only.

You start a fire,

You get going and then you put it aside.

However,

Most people use it as a main fuel.

Makes no sense.

It's tiny,

It's expensive,

There are better fuel available for you.

Discipline is meant to just simply decide what you want,

Keep remembering and focusing on what you want and cut off everything else.

Unless you cut off everything else,

You're not actually using discipline.

You're just forcing yourself into burnout.

And that's why the next step is important.

You relax into the flow.

It's that deep focus work.

Being in the zone.

It's where distractions disappear on their own.

And it comes from deep presence.

On focusing what's truly important.

To put things together,

You need discipline to consistently get into the flow.

Where you recharge your discipline.

And that's why we meditate.

To consistently practice our discipline muscles,

Be able to focus on what we truly want.

So let's practice.

Welcome to productivity soul activation.

To become distraction free.

Following simple two-step process.

So let's get started.

Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this activation.

Relax your physical body,

Close your eyes and go within.

Put your attention on your breath flowing through your heart.

And for remainder of this practice,

Keep remembering and bringing your attention back on your heart.

Keep relaxing your physical body and allow yourself to receive full presence.

Relax your eyes.

Soften your gaze.

Loosen your jaw,

Neck and shoulders.

Breathe out any unease and discomfort.

Keep breathing and allow yourself to feel.

More present,

More at ease.

Remember your heart.

Remember the pure place in your heart.

Full of unconditional love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment.

And as you remember who you truly are,

Ask yourself and ask your heart.

What is it that you truly want?

Any goal,

Objective or outcome?

Be thankful for receiving your answer.

This is what you truly want.

This is what you want to be disciplined on.

You have decided what you want.

Now,

Let's cut off everything else.

Let's make everything that is not that,

Not important.

Remove from your interests.

Keep your mind exclusively focused on what you want and keep reminding yourself relentlessly.

What is it that you want?

And then decide the first step.

See yourself taking the next step.

Now relax and allow yourself to flow with ease into doing the thing you said you would do.

Through relaxation,

Allow yourself to see how you do the thing you said you would do.

Go through the process with ease,

Grace and flow.

And if any distractions show up,

You may use your shears of discipline to prune off and cut off anything that is not as important as what you want.

Keep yourself moving through this meditation and visualization.

Set yourself up for success.

Carve out time for the deep work to do the thing you know must get done.

You may stay here,

Pruning your decision as long as you like.

Staying thankfully present to your heart and your desires.

And whenever ready,

Open your eyes and have it magical.
