Hello and welcome to your Nourishing in Goodness audio practice.
So you'll begin this practice laying down,
But really making yourself comfortable.
So taking the time to really create a cocoon,
A nest,
A place where you can be truly held.
Taking some nice full breaths and taking your time,
Seeing if there's anything else you need,
A blanket,
A pillow,
Maybe letting out some sound,
Really feeling this container that is just for you.
Beginning to let yourself receive what's here that already feels good.
Maybe the way the Earth is holding you,
Or the air on your exposed skin,
Your space,
A blanket,
Whatever goodness is already here,
And seeing if you can allow a little bit more of it in through the breath,
Through softening into it,
Letting yourself receive.
It might feel good to touch your body,
To bring hands to your body,
To gently start to land and feel what is good right here,
Right now,
Breathing into it.
You're going to start to imagine a bubble surrounding you.
It can be as big and spacious as you want,
Or it can be as small and cozy as you want.
This is just for you.
In your bubble,
It is safe.
You don't have to do anything,
Be anything,
You don't have to effort,
You can rest exactly as you are,
Without having to be anything for anyone.
Feeling yourself here,
Inside your bubble,
Letting the breath allow you to soften.
And you're going to begin to imagine your bubble filling with the energy of love.
So maybe you can feel it,
Maybe you can see it,
Just inviting that energy in,
Letting it in.
Without effort,
It just fills up your bubble.
Breathing in that love,
Feeling it touch your skin,
Absorb into your cells,
Sink into your bones.
Really slowly,
Allowing your system to soak it up in its own time,
Without you having to try.
Letting your system receive this love effortlessly.
Effortlessly.
Breathing it in,
Feeling it settling deep inside.
Really allowing yourself to be held in this space of love where you can just be.
And feeling this love as deeply healing,
Like a soothing balm filling in all the places and spaces and parts and pieces that most need it right now.
Breathing into those places and trusting that they can receive this love without effort.
Really letting it water the places that are thirsty.
Letting it soothe the places that are tender.
Letting it fill in those places that really need it.
Letting this love sink deeper,
Letting your body relax deeper,
Letting yourself be held in this deeply loving,
Safe bubble.
And starting to feel what else you might desire.
What other energy you want to receive in your bubble.
Joy.
Sweetness.
Softness.
Care.
Comfort.
Tenderness.
Maybe that great Mother Energy that can come in and hold you so deeply that you can completely let go.
Whatever the qualities,
The energies you desire,
Starting to let those fill up your bubble.
And feeling what you need arriving without having to effort or try or make it happen.
Just letting the bubble fill up and sink into your bones,
Absorb into your skin.
And really taking in the nutrients of this practice.
Letting this nourishment plump you up.
Bringing hydration to what was parched.
And letting yourself rest here in this place that is just for you,
That gives you exactly what you need.
Receiving what you need on the inhale,
And letting it melt deeper down on the exhale.
Feeling yourself being held in this place that is just for you.
Receiving exactly what you need.
Taking in a few last,
Sweet,
Savoring breaths.
And remembering this is a space that you can come back to anytime.
It is always here for you.
