Okay,

Hello.

Thank you for joining me.

Today we're just going to go into a very simple circular breath practice.

The circular breath is done in through the mouth,

Out through the mouth,

With the mouth and throat open as wide as you can get them on both inhale and exhale.

You can do this practice for many different reasons and today I'm going to present you two scenarios of using this breath work that could be very beneficial to you.

You can use this breath work if you are releasing stress at any point during your day or maybe at the end of the day.

You want to just release your charge,

Your chewing,

You want to release any heightened visceral experience and just allow yourself to come back down to a balanced or centered state of being.

The other thing is you can use this breath work at any point during the day or to start your day to create a flow state or create more motivation and inspiration to actually carry out through your day.

So with this breath practice,

I will breathe with you.

I will guide us through the entire practice.

It is going to be very short.

It is going to be a practice that you can implement during any time of your day.

All that I ask is that you be sitting somewhere safe and still on either the floor or a chair,

Your bed.

If you can,

I invite you to sit up.

Lying down is okay,

But you will get more benefit from this breath if you allow yourself to sit up with a straight spine and let your hands be rested either on your body or down by your side and just allow yourself to really breathe deeply through each of these breaths.

So I invite you to find a comfortable space and begin to close down your eyes if you feel safe to do so.

Just begin to take in a few inhales in through the nose.

Exhale big.

Just start to observe your experience.

Observe any sensations alive in your body.

Any thoughts in your mind.

Something currently going on in your experience at this time.

Just allow yourself a few more nice cleansing breaths in through the nose,

Out through the mouth and on that exhale,

We'll begin to breathe in through the mouth,

Out through the mouth.

Absurd Boil.

Thisanking restore.

Halfway there.

Two more.

Last one,

Fully in and hold.

Hold in the stillness.

Observe your experience and your sensations.

Hold this inhale.

Exhale fully with sound.

Softly hold on the end of the exhale.

Hold your exhale.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale with a sigh.

Return to your normal breath.

Know that you can do this practice as many times as you would like.

You can do this practice multiple rounds or you can just do one round as we just did.

Slowly allow yourself to come back to your surroundings,

Taking in the room around you or the space around you.

Breathe in and smell the air.

Feel your touch on your skin.

May you have a beautiful day,

Night.

May you have calmed and created balance within your mind,

Body and spirit.

Thank you for joining me and stay tuned for more practices.

If you would like to work one on one to really go much deeper,

Please let me know.

You may contact me from my portal on this profile and I will see you again soon.

Thank you for practicing with me.

Namaste.
