Finding a position that is comfortable for yourself.

Allowing your eyes to close.

And starting to relax.

And noticing the rhythm of your breath.

Breathing deeply in through the nose.

And out through the mouth.

And easy.

Really starting to feel that air flow in through the nose.

And out through the mouth.

In breath.

And out breath.

Starting to slow down the nervous system.

Surrendering into this present moment.

Allowing the natural weight of your body to help you relax even more.

If you could be one percent more comfortable right now,

Then just readjust and allow yourself to settle.

Honouring your body just as you are.

With no judgement.

Letting go on the next outward breath of anything that doesn't need to be here in this space or in this time.

Here you are on this full moon practice.

Right here.

Right now.

Continuing to breathe in your own natural rhythm.

Heart beating.

Bringing awareness to your feet.

Your legs.

Your belly.

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of the chest.

Noticing any sensations in the hands and the fingertips.

Bringing awareness to your face.

Your eyes.

Your ears.

And with your ears tuning in to any sounds that you can hear close by.

Relaxing as you hear each sound.

Moving from sound to sound.

Perhaps it's the sound of your breath.

The sound of my voice.

As you relax.

Can you extend to sounds in the distance?

Allowing each of those sounds to take you deeper and deeper into your restorative practice.

If you have an intention for your meditation today.

Then simply bringing that into your mind.

You might like to repeat your intention three times.

In the present tense.

If you don't have an intention,

That's okay.

You can simply say the words to yourself.

I am here.

Breathing naturally in your own rhythm.

Beginning to open up to your soul journey today.

With the full moon.

Finding yourself at the top of a beautiful mountain.

The mountain air is a little bit cooler up the top.

So you're layered up with a warm coat.

Nice cozy socks.

Keeping you toasty.

This is a place where your soul's essence can be heard and felt.

This mountain is a spiritual place.

A place that you can perhaps feel the vibration of the air.

Noticing all that you can see below you.

Notice the gentle stillness at the top of this mountain.

You're here in this stillness.

This peaceful tranquility.

Life below goes on.

As you embrace where you are.

I invite you now to look up.

Towards the full moon.

It lights up the sky with a shimmering light.

Preparing for.

Letting go of old beliefs.

And getting ready for new beginnings.

Allowing the moon energy to connect.

Into your heart center.

Imagine that this moon is cleansing you.

With all of its light.

Releasing any fears.

Anxieties.

And any old habits.

This is a time when you can let go.

Of what no longer serves your highest good.

With each breath.

Feel the energy fall away.

Visualizing this energy being released.

Purified.

And healed by the powerful light of the moon.

Perhaps you can see.

This dissolving.

Floating away.

Into the light.

Taking some time.

As you sense into.

All that needs to be released.

Seeing it.

Feeling it.

And letting it go.

Into the light.

Taking some moments to.

Practice letting go.

Feeling lighter.

Breathing deeply.

And focusing your mind now.

On all that you feel grateful for.

All that you have.

And all that is yet to come.

Into your life.

That king.

Sacred moon.

Perhaps you can notice that energy flow around your body.

The energy of the mountain.

And the moon combined.

Feeling any tension.

Or weight being lifted.

Filling your heart center.

With self love.

Compassion.

And empathy.

Honoring the cycle of the moon right now.

And as this cycle passes you by.

Know that you will reach another new cycle.

And each time.

Going deeper into the full moon energy.

Feeling nurtured.

Feeling the healing.

Of the silvery white light.

Flowing through each and every cell of your body.

Feeling revitalized.

Sending love.

And appreciation to the moon.

Taking a few moments.

A few more moments to soak up the energy.

At the top of this mountain.

This is your sanctuary.

Your place of rest.

And just allowing that moon energy.

To light the top of the head.

The face.

The shoulders.

The left arm.

The left hand.

The right arm.

The right hand.

Moonlight shining.

On your chest.

The shimmery light.

On your belly.

On your legs.

The light energy.

At your feet.

And.

As you begin to let the vision of your mountain.

Dissolve.

Grounding yourself back into.

This space.

Where you began your meditation.

Know that you can always return to your sanctuary.

Anytime.

That the sky is always there.

And as you take in a few more moments.

To ground yourself.

Bringing some movement back into the body.

Perhaps wiggling your hands and your fingers.

Bringing some movement.

Into your legs,

Your feet.

Ankles,

Toes.

And connecting once again.

With the in-breath.

And the out-breath.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

In.

And out.

Bringing your hands together.

Rubbing the palm of the hands together.

Creating some warmth and energy there.

And once you have the palms of your hands.

Feeling nice and warm.

Bringing them to your face.

Perhaps you might like to.

Place the hands over the eyes.

Tap the brow or tap the jaw.

Bringing that connection to your brain.

Back to the here and the now.

And when you are ready.

Opening your eyes.

Letting in a little bit of light.

And just thanking yourself.

For spending time to practice today.
