Here we are with our chakra healing guided meditation,

Allowing your eyes to comfortably close,

And bring your awareness into your breath,

Into your body,

Relaxing the belly,

Softening the mind.

Wherever you are right now,

If you could find comfort,

Perhaps just 1% more than what you feel,

Then readjust.

Just letting the area where you practice to take the weight of the body.

There's absolutely no right or wrong when it comes to this meditation practice.

Arriving just as you are.

Becoming aware of any sounds around you,

Close by and in the distance.

Just let them be there.

If you have your eyes closed,

If that feels comfortable for you,

Perhaps noticing any light or shade.

Bringing awareness to the temperature of your body.

Noticing the air touching the surface of your body.

Starting to sense into the sky above you.

The horizon stretching all the way around you.

And the earth below,

Supporting you.

Taking a deep breath in.

And on the outward breath,

Letting go of anything that doesn't need to be here,

In this space,

In this time.

Another deep breath in through the nose.

And on the outward breath,

Allowing the mind to empty what it no longer needs to hold on to.

Continuing to breathe in your own natural rhythm.

And on each breath,

Drawing yourself back to where you've been just before this practice.

Drawing your energy back from anything else you've been doing in the last week.

And bringing that energy back home to your centre.

Grounding yourself in this moment.

Perhaps whispering the words gently to yourself.

Be here.

All of me.

Right here.

Right now.

As you begin to sense the space around you,

Breathe with the space.

Becoming aware of the rise and the fall of the breath.

It's coming and going.

Any sensations in the body.

And breathing down to where the weight of your body rests.

The base of your spine.

Your root.

Your chakra of belonging.

Breathing into your root.

Letting it soften.

And gently expand on your breath.

Taking in the nourishment and life force energy.

Allowing your root to connect down.

Down to the ground below you.

Deep into the earth.

And if you can,

Invite in the colour red.

The colour of the earth.

Bathing your root with red.

Empowering.

Embodying.

Grounding you into the here and the now.

Letting your root take what it needs.

And saying some words of affirmation to yourself.

I am here.

I have a right to be here just as I am.

The earth supports me.

And when you are ready,

Allowing your awareness to move up to your belly.

Just below the navel.

To your sacral chakra.

The chakra of emotional intelligence.

Choice.

Creativity.

Movement.

And pleasure.

Breathing into your sacral chakra.

Letting it soften and expand on your breath.

Taking in all of the nourishment that it needs.

And if you can,

Invite in the colour orange.

The colour of sunset.

Bathing your sacral chakra with orange.

Balancing.

Empowering.

Motivating.

Letting your sacral chakra be fed by the words of affirmation.

I honour my needs.

I allow myself to be nourished.

And when you feel ready,

Moving your awareness up to the soft area above your navel.

To your solar plexus.

Your chakra of personal power.

Breathing into your solar plexus.

Softening and expanding on your breath.

And if you're able to,

Invite the colour yellow.

The colour of the vibrant sunshine.

Allow yourself to bathe your solar plexus with sunshine.

Replenishing.

Restoring.

Nurturing.

Letting your solar plexus take what it needs.

As you whisper the words of affirmation to yourself.

I value myself.

I am enough.

I am worth my weight in gold.

And when you are ready,

Bringing your awareness up to the centre of your chest.

To your heart.

The anahata.

Your chakra of self-development and unconditional love.

Gently breathing into your heart.

Letting it soften and expand on your breath.

And choosing either the colour green.

The colour of spring.

Or rose pink.

Whichever feels right for you.

Bathing your heart centre with nourishment.

Renewal.

Healing.

And letting your heart take whatever it needs.

As you say the words of affirmation.

I am greatly loved.

I allow myself to give and receive love freely.

I am nourished by the power of love.

In your own time,

Moving up to your neck.

To your throat.

Your energy centre of self-expression and personal will.

Allow your throat centre to soften.

Expand.

And just breathe.

Inviting in the colour blue.

The colour of the sky.

Breathe the sky into your throat centre.

Clearing.

Opening.

And softening the need for control.

Freeing all self-expression and creativity.

Letting your throat take what it needs.

And saying the words,

I hear and speak my truth.

I express myself freely.

I allow myself to go with the flow of life.

When you're ready,

Taking your focus up to your forehead.

Between your eyebrows.

To your third eye.

Your chakra of wisdom and intuition.

Gently allowing it to soften.

Expand.

And breathe.

If you're able to invite the colour indigo.

The velvety colour of the night sky.

Bathing your third eye with indigo.

Soothing.

Balancing.

Bringing clarity.

Insight.

And understanding.

Letting your third eye take what it needs in this moment.

Saying the words of affirmation.

Everything is unfolding as it should.

Moving up in your own time.

To the top of the head.

To your crown.

Your chakra of oneness.

Allowing your crown to breathe.

And if you can,

Gently invite a light violet.

Softly bathing your crown.

Restoring.

Harmonising.

Letting your crown take what it needs.

And saying the words of affirmation.

I am one with the universe.

Feeling the energy now connect.

From your crown chakra.

Perhaps imagining a figure of eight.

Winding all the way down to the root.

And moving all the way up the chakras.

In full flow.

To your crown.

Allowing the flow of energy.

The figure of eight.

To connect.

Connecting your physical body.

And your energy body.

And when you are ready.

Coming back to yourself.

To your central still point.

Noticing how your body feels.

Any sensations.

Allowing this connection to your energy centres.

To bathe your body.

Your mind.

Your emotions.

Taking whatever you need.

Bringing awareness back to the ebb and the flow of the breath.

Your natural rhythm of breath.

Becoming aware of the air on the surface of your body.

The temperature of your body.

Noticing the sounds around you.

Near and in the distance.

As we close down our chakra meditation.

Becoming aware of the support of the earth beneath you.

Bringing movement into the feet.

The toes.

The ankles.

Bringing some movement if you can into your hands.

Wrists.

And fingers.

Bringing the palms of the hands to your heart centre.

And just holding yourself there for a few moments.

With loving kindness.

For the beautiful,

Unique being that you are.

And when you are ready,

If you can,

Bring your hands together.

Rubbing the palms of the hands together.

Creating energy and flow.

Warmth and heat.

The palms of the hands.

Placing the palms of the hands,

If you can,

On your face.

On your brow.

On your jaw.

The hands and the face being our biggest connector to our brain.

As we wake up from our meditation.

And bringing yourself gently back into this space.

Light and love everyone.
