Springtime Is Here (A Short Poem)

I wrote this poem as I love daffodils and I love spring. May you enjoy as you enter into the bloom of spring.

As a songwriter and a poet, I often feel the flow of the pen as words come to me; this was most certainly one of those moments.

Springtime is here Hello spring, Yellow daffodils Let light warm our hearts O darkness, We may part Crisp blue days, Leaves open and green The birds sing their song And the sun can be seen Springtime happiness May the seeds be planted A season of joy Where new beginnings are granted Let the flowers bloom Smell the springtime aroma Bird songs all around us The pathway, The opener
