Take a deep calming breath.
Bringing yourself to this present moment and let's begin.
Starting with some kneeling squats.
Mirroring me,
Now twisting to your left side.
Left hand down to the mat,
Right leg extended.
Lifting and lowering your right leg,
Aiming to relax your shoulders and stay long and straight.
Coming down to all fours.
Mirroring me,
Your right leg stretches back and lifting and lowering.
Your left forearm comes down to the mat.
And you're squeezing your right knee in and then elongating your leg.
You Continuing this same exercise and then alternating by bringing your left hand to the mat and lifting your right leg up and then bringing your left forearm back down and squeezing your right knee in.
Coming to high kneeling.
And mirroring me twisting to the right side.
Right hand to the mat,
Left leg long.
Lifting and lowering your left leg.
Coming to all fours,
Left leg extended.
Lifting and lowering your left leg.
Right forearm comes to the mat.
And squeezing your left knee in and elongating your leg.
Continuing this sequence and alternating by bringing your right hand to the mat and lifting your left leg.
Coming back to your forearm and squeezing in.
Coming to all fours.
And alternating between child's pose and quadruped,
Breathing and relaxing.
