Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation on healing the heart and healing the mind.
This guided meditation can be used for any challenge that arises,
Any loss,
Any intense experience that can leave you feeling lost or weary,
That can stir up a lot of feeling,
A lot of confusion even in the mind.
This meditation is a chance to come home to your heart,
Home to your center.
It's a chance to rest in the peace of your inner being and to consciously release any negative feelings,
Emotions,
Stress,
Tension from the body,
The mind and the heart.
So let's begin by relaxing the body completely.
Taking several deep breaths and allowing each exhale to be a softening,
A melting of any tension.
And as you breathe,
You feel yourself let go,
Relax more and more.
As though you're finally giving your body full permission to relax,
To soften,
To release.
And simply enjoy that relief of letting go,
Of allowing yourself to release tension,
Stress,
And to melt into this deeper awareness of peace,
Of calm.
Giving your body a chance to rest deeply.
And as you continue to relax,
Give your mind permission to let go as well.
Perhaps your mind is moving very quickly,
Lots of thoughts,
Concerns,
Feelings.
Just for now,
Tell your mind it's okay to let go,
It's okay to relax,
It's okay to slow down.
Because our mind and body simply needs this permission to pause so that you can give yourself some space to heal,
To reset,
To renew.
And as you let go,
You feel yourself really arriving,
Melting into a deeper state of peace.
And you gently become aware of your inner light,
The consciousness that you are.
That you,
The living soul,
The living being,
Are safe and you're giving your body and mind permission to relax.
Feeling yourself as this light behind your eyes,
The conscious being,
Safe,
Safe,
And secure,
Divine.
And allowing yourself to rest in this awareness,
Resting your attention upon your inner light like a star behind your eyes.
And continuing to soften and relax your body and mind,
Coming into a deeper and deeper state of peace and calm.
And as you let go,
You feel yourself really coming into a deeper state of peace and calm.
And you feel your mind and brain just drain out all of the excess.
You feel your nervous system come to a deep calm,
Stillness,
And peace.
As you feel and are in touch with your eternal core,
Your whole being has a chance to rest,
To renew,
To get some space away from everything else.
And as you let go,
You feel yourself really coming into a deeper state of peace and calm.
As the nature of ourselves as souls is silence and peace,
We're taking some time to rest in that place of timeless silence and peace,
Removing,
Withdrawing our attention from the outside world and resting inside.
And as we rest,
We feel any negative changes.
Any negative,
Tense energy release.
Just as we take a shower to cleanse our body,
We're resting in this place of peace and stillness to cleanse and heal our mind and our heart,
Our subtle being.
And we realize that in this space,
We are not alone,
But deeply connected to the divine,
The most loving,
Peaceful,
Pure being in all of existence.
And we take in this powerful energy of unconditional love,
Peace,
And bliss.
We feel the divine recharging us with spiritual love and light so that our mind and heart can be renewed,
Healed,
Replenished.
We willingly release any blocks to this love so that it can flow freely into our hearts and minds.
We let go of resistance and we allow in the light.
We let go of resistance and we allow in the light.
And this light washes over us like waves of peace.
And we intuitively know how to receive it,
The same way our body knows how to take in water.
The self,
The soul,
Knows how to take in love,
Spiritual light,
And peace.
And we let go of resistance and we allow in the light.
Allowing this light to heal,
To bless,
And to renew you.
Allowing any pain,
Any sadness,
Tiredness,
Weariness,
Depression,
Anxiety,
Grief,
Loss,
Fear.
Allowing these emotions,
These feelings to be cleansed from your heart and mind as you're filled with the most loving,
Peaceful,
Pure energy straight from the divine,
The spiritual parent,
Knowing I am safe,
All is well,
And the same is true for all other souls.
As when we connect with our eternal identity,
This experience of peace and silence,
We remember.
And we're able to rest in that deep knowing,
Deep love,
And deep peace.
I am.
Eternal loving soul.
And I rest in this awareness of the light behind my eyes.
And I know that all is well.
I am safe.
The divine's love fills my heart.
When I rest,
I finally find a place to rest beyond the chaos and noise of the world of life.
I remember this inner place of rest,
Of peace,
Of stillness.
I intuitively know this place.
I remember it.
And I can now deeply let go and rest.
Just as I realize the importance of resting my body every night,
I begin to remember the importance of resting my mind and my heart,
Of resting on the deepest level of remembering my core self and my connection to the divine.
And with this experience of deeper rest,
A deeper ability to release,
To let go,
To accept the journey of life and all of its ups and downs and turns.
As I accept and let go,
I heal my mind and my heart.
And my body too is able to deeply relax.
And aware that you can come back to this meditation at any time to remember the unshakable peace inside of you that perhaps has been forgotten along the journey of life.
Though a peace,
A place of rest,
Spiritual recharge and connection that we all know on the deepest level of knowing,
Of remembering.
And so as you go into your day,
Into your evening,
Bringing this sense of renewal,
Of lightness,
Of ease with you.
With a greater trust in the deeper perfection of life,
A deeper trust in yourself,
In your journey,
A deeper trust that everything at the deepest level is okay.
