Sweet Sanctuary with essential oils is a place to relax, regroup and restore a tranquil heart. This meditation can be used at bedtime to induce peaceful slumber, or anytime to cultivate a sense of safety and calm. Using essential oils is optional, but if you have them available, they can enhance the practice. I recommend any essential oil that feels nourishing, nurturing and calming. Some of my favorites include Rose, Pine, Lavender, Frankincense, Geranium Rose, Jasmine and Sage.
