Ki Energy Post Workout, Cooling Down The Body

The body is electric. When we can manage the amount of electricity running through our cells (our Ki energy) we are able to better manage our interactions and levels of stress and peace. This has no background music (thanks for the feedback!) but does have a few friendly crows and ocean waves in the background.

Go ahead and extend those legs all the way down if that's comfortable.

If that's not,

You can just come into a comfortable lying down preferably position.

If you just finished a workout,

Your body will be maybe a little out of breath.

So we want to come into a still position here,

Still as possible,

So that you can feel the amount of charge running through the cells of your body.

We've just shifted our relationship to gravity from standing to lying down.

Just tune into your your breath for a moment.

Are you breathing heavy?

Are you breathing soft?

If your workout was really intense,

You're probably breathing really hard.

But that breath is just a reflection of chi energy,

Of electricity moving through the body.

See if you can let the bones,

The muscles,

The tendons,

The ligaments,

Everything physical just sink deeply into the ground.

And on the next couple of inhales and exhales,

Just letting the bones disintegrate,

The muscles disintegrate,

The tendons,

Ligaments,

Organs disintegrate out into the ground as ash,

As dust.

Just for a moment getting rid of letting go of our physical bodies,

Just for a moment.

And on this new space without a body,

Just you,

Your spirit,

Your essence,

Imagine you have so much space,

Taking nice deep inhales through your imaginary lungs,

Nice deep exhales through your imaginary nose.

Imagine the essence of who you are.

Maybe there's a color to your essence.

So if there is,

When you think of your name,

You say your name,

You imagine the essence of you,

Maybe there's a color that comes into your field.

Whatever that color is,

Let your essence be wrapped within it.

This is a color that matches only your frequency.

The body is electric.

This is the name of the game.

And then when you have your color and your essence,

Go ahead and build your body back exactly how you want it,

With no ego,

No effort,

Just effortless bodybuilding.

And as you're building your body back,

The sunlight starts to cascade its beautiful warm rays into your new organs.

And the cool breeze around your joints,

Tendons,

And ligaments.

And the essence of your being,

Your colors,

Moving up and down your new spinal column,

Your new bones,

Your new muscles.

So you can feel that the inside world and the outside world is such protected by the veil of our skin,

Our body.

And as we age,

The veil becomes thinner and thinner.

For now,

You feel your essence,

Your new body,

The length,

The width,

The depth.

And for the next couple of seconds,

Just to let your new mind focus on the belly rising and falling.

We might even say a little mantra,

Inhale,

Exhale,

A high inhale,

High on the inhale,

Down on the exhale.

And then we can do the same thing.

So the mind's job is to hang out in the past,

Hang out in the future,

Run all over the place,

So we have to train it like a baby.

And when our body is at its height of energy or electricity,

That is when we get the most physiological reset.

And in this pulling down process,

Now we can attend to the mind.

And drawing those new beautiful arms way over your head,

Stretching down through the soles of your new feet,

Feeling the length,

The space between every vertebrae.

Noticing your body breathing without you.

Another mantra,

I really like this.

Thank you.

And then we can inhale,

Do you want me to say.

And wrapping those arms around your new shoulders,

Giving yourself a big hug,

Being very,

Very proud of yourself.

Quietly saying to yourself,

Good job in your name for showing up for life today.

I am proud of me and this is for the universe's success in mind and thank you for this universe.

And then gently bring those knees in.

We've been really bonding with gravity for the last few minutes of class.

There is no time limit on this,

But I do need to shift.

And so bring those knees in,

Roll them to one side or the other,

Like you're just getting out of bed.

Being mindful and careful as you come up to a seated position because everything has settled,

Everything has reset.

If you were able to see a color,

You might be only seeing that color right now,

Which is where we get our brain chemistry shift.

One of my favorite things in junction.
