This meditation is wonderful to do after a tough workout but it can also be done when the mind is racing and cluttered and one wishes to get back to the pause between the inhale and exhale. This meditation helps provide a template for spaciousness and letting go. In these templates, there is space and time for serenity. This is where everything is ok as we re-mem-ber we are just human beings, being human.

A nice big inhales nice big exhales.

Letting your body rest into the ground your shoulders your back.

If you're lucky enough to be outside,

Feeling the pressure.

Telling your attention,

You guys stay lying down I'm going to come up on your attention to the back of your body.

Just really let those bones and those muscles those ligaments and those tendons just,

You know,

Rest into the ground.

It really is a daily dance with life and our bodies right?

I mean that's what I'm learning.

And there,

There's so much gratitude and humility and that open hearted place of how vulnerable we are.

And so,

It's okay to feel that,

And to be very proud of yourself for showing up for your life.

Staying in life.

Watch your mind grasp for things the mind gets scared and it grasps for the past or the future and you know you,

You have to parent it.

You have to parent your mind and say it's okay we're gonna we have this new skill set we're warriors now and we're gonna stay in the present.

You know,

Stay in life.

Letting your body relax even more letting the past go everything you need to new to be true is gone.

And the future hasn't happened so you get to create it how you want.

Stretching those beautiful arms way over your head and stretching down through the soles of your feet.

Breathing and strengthening through that beautiful beautiful spinal column.

And then you're going to just breathe in,

As you breathe in you may see a color,

The color of your essence so if your essence said hey,

This is my color.

You see that color and that color wraps all around you like a beautiful protective bubble.

So you are from the top down through your spine bottom front and back.

All around you are protected by this beautiful color that is your essence.

And really see that and breathe into that because that is your,

Your sanctuary that gets to be your sanctuary wherever you go.

And nobody gets to come into that space.

So wrapping those arms around your shoulders giving yourself a big hug.

Being very proud of yourself for showing up for you rolling over when you get a chance to roll over and just feeling the weight of gravity.

A beautiful force that keeps our planet in alignment with the moon and the sun and the other planets,

The ocean.

And when you're ready,

Gently rolling up to a seated position.

I get to unmute you now.
