Our bodies are temporary sacred containers. One way to ensure long lasting health is to quiet the mind, and relax the body after a workout. The wonderful thing about doing this meditation after a tough workout is that it helps restore the electromagnetic fields of the body, ground the body, and relax the muscles so completely that you receive the physiological benefits of mindfulness. Reggie takes us through a beautiful 3-4 minute relaxation, body-positive practice allowing us to receive fully.

Wow,

We gently place our sword down,

Getting ready for meditation.

What we're gonna do here,

Our feet are gonna be facing west.

So I want you to relax on your back.

Once again,

I'm not gonna do it.

I want my team to experience this amazing meditation.

So if you will at home,

Lie on your back with your feet going towards the west.

I wanna thank you first and foremost for allowing us to display our passion and love for fitness and junction fitness and you.

So at this time,

Our palms are up so we can receive.

Our palms are open as well as our mind.

I want you to imagine yourself as if you're a robot.

And what we're gonna do methodically is shut down systems.

So I want you to visualize the pads on your feet.

Shut that down and relax them.

And relax them,

Yeah.

Wiggle your toes once more,

But then shut those down.

Relax them.

Big deep breath,

Inhale.

Exhale.

So the shutdown goes all the way up to the large part of your legs,

The quadriceps.

Relax those.

Realizing that your body is not only a tool,

But it's all that you have.

And we're taking care of it at this moment by working it and now relaxing.

So we move up to the gut.

I want you to keep that in motion by inhaling and exhaling.

Inhaling and exhaling.

As we move up to the shoulders,

System shut down,

Relax the shoulders.

We hold a lot of tension and stress and the weight of the world on our shoulders.

At this moment,

I want you to release that and relax.

I want you to drive those systems shut down all the way through your biceps and triceps to the pad of your fingertips.

Relax them as we flow all the way back up to your face.

Relaxing the eyebrows,

Relaxing the cheeks.

And now that our body is super relaxed,

I want you to place your right hand over your heart and your left hand right over your stomach.

We're gonna get centered here.

I want you to feel your heart and feel your breath at the same time.

Big deep breath inhale and exhale.

Big deep breath inhale,

Exhale,

Blow it out.

One more time.

Big deep breath inhale and exhale.

Now that our body is relaxed and our mind is clear,

It gives us an opportunity to dream.

I think a lot of times we stay still and we don't have time to dream.

What I want you to do is not just dream about something you want to achieve.

For this moment,

I want you to imagine yourself living that dream.

I want you to imagine yourself in that position of success and operating in that success.

I want you to give yourself a big hug,

Wrap it tight because this is self-love time,

Baby.

And I want you to slowly roll over to your left,

Roll over to your left,

And we're gonna make our way to a seated position,

Crossing the legs if you can.

And I hope that this session,

This moment,

This time that we spent together as a team is gonna be a great time for you to be able to make the time that we spent together added value to your life.

I hope you enjoyed it as much as we have.

I wanna thank you from the Junction Fitness family to your living room or to wherever you're at.

Both hands together.

Thank you.
