And your body feels strong and full of energy.
And you walk along the path.
And just notice whereabouts you are,
What's the surrounding that you're on.
And as you keep walking there's a rise in the path.
So you make your way up the hill.
And realize you're actually climbing the side of a mountain.
And the going gets a bit tricky but you've got the power and the strength and the agility and the balance to deal with that effortlessly.
And as you make your way up the path there's like a big boulder on top of the path.
And you go,
Hmm,
How am I meant to get to the mountaintop with this boulder in the way?
But as you have a closer look you notice that there's an opening in the side of the mountain.
And you make your way through that opening,
Through that portal,
Into the inside of the cave that's behind it and it's a crystal cave with the most beautiful crystal shimmering and glittering in the light that comes in through the portal,
The opening.
And you're invited to pick up a crystal.
There's one that's sitting right there in front of you and it's sparkling and it's calling you because it wants to go on adventures with you and experience the world outside of the cave.
So take a moment to hold this crystal in your hands and just notice what properties,
What gifts it's offering you.
And tuck that crystal away in your pocket or you might find you have a special bag that you can put it into so the crystal can experience,
Like a net bag,
So the crystal can experience the landscape that it'll be traveling through.
And you walk out the opposite end of the cave and that gets you back on the path for another portal.
You just feel so blessed that you've got this crystal traveling companion now.
And you keep walking up the hill,
Up the mountain.
And as you walk along you notice that there's there's a river or a stream that crosses the path.
And you stop at the edge of the stream and you can see that the path continues underneath the water.
And you can see that the path continues underneath the water.
And you decide to trust and step into the water and the water is cold and crystal clear.
And the river invites you to take your flask and refill your flask with this beautiful river water.
So you pull out your flask and you refill your flask and you take a sip of this delicious,
Crisp,
Vibrant water.
And just have a moment of gratitude and feel this beautiful water nourish your body.
And you walk out on the path on the other side of the river.
And now you're getting up quite high and there's a bit of wind now that you can feel.
It ruffles your hair.
And as you walk along there's something arriving on the wind.
And as it comes closer you notice that this is a feather.
And it lands in the palm of your hand because this feather has a message for you.
Just take a moment to listen to what this message is.
And you give gratitude to the message and for this beautiful feather and tuck the feather maybe in with the crystal or in your hair.
Accepting this gift that air has given you.
And you keep making your way along the path and you're almost at the top now.
And you can see the incredible landscape that surrounds you everywhere.
And you get to the top of the mountain and you can see the beautiful view that surrounds you everywhere.
And you get to the top of the mountain and there's a fire up here.
And the fire is purple.
It's the purple flame.
The purple flame cleanses and transmutes everything and anything that doesn't serve you,
Cleanses and purifies.
So you step into this purple flame.
There's nothing to fear and you know it.
And you feel the fire cleansing your body,
Cleansing your energy field.
Everything and anything that doesn't serve you anymore is whisked away and repurposed for other uses in the universe.
And you emerge clear and clean and healthy and vibrant.
And as you come out on the other side of the flame,
There's a plinth and on top of that plinth there's a gift that fire has for you.
So notice what this gift is.
Take it into your hands and receive this gift.
And I invite you for a moment to maybe have a seat or stay where you are.
And I invite you for a moment to maybe have a seat or stay where you are and look at these beautiful gifts from earth,
From water,
From air and from fire that you have been gifted on this hero's journey that you have just completed.
And notice how having completed this journey,
You have more depth,
You have more wisdom,
You have more gifts.
And you have the experience of having been present to this magnificent landscape that you're in at the moment.
And I invite you to collect your gifts again.
Tuck them away somewhere that makes sense to you.
And you go to the edge of the mountain and you launch yourself off and you find that you can very gently,
Softly,
Slowly drift back to your body in the space that you're sitting in.
