This is a morning meditation aiming to start your day in a more balanced manner. We are going to do this through an exercise that integrates both hemispheres of the brain. This will result in bringing more balance between the feminine and masculine energies within you. Everyone has both energies or qualities within them, but for many of us, one energy is more dominant. This exercise will help to create more balance or equilibrium and you will feel this throughout the day.
