Either lying down or sitting down.
It's not what is better,
It's what you prefer,
Which works best for you.
Make yourself comfortable and observe your body,
Your body posture,
For just a moment to become aware.
And then take a few deep breaths,
So breathe in through your nose and breathe out again through your mouth.
And breathe in again and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And then,
Preferably,
Keep breathing in and out through your nose.
And first,
Take a moment to check in to your body.
It's the full moon tonight,
And it's one of the first supermoons of the year,
Which means that the moon is relatively closer to the earth,
And that's why it looks a bit bigger.
But also the energy of the full moon could have impacted you today,
In any way.
And they say that this moon might cause some agitation,
Some irritation,
Some emotions to come out again,
Which is actually very usual with the full moon energy.
While checking in,
In your physical body,
Your mood,
What do you see within yourself,
What do you sense?
What can you just observe without any judgement?
And how does your body feel like?
Do you feel any tiredness?
Do you feel any stress,
Tension?
Just observing,
No judging.
Do you feel any pain somewhere?
And it is all about just feeling,
Sensing.
It is what it is at this moment,
And there is no point in becoming angry or worried or overthinking your situation right now.
It is sort of making a connection with your body,
Sensing,
And based on what you feel,
How you progress the rest of the day,
And based on your feelings,
What decisions do you make.
That's what is important,
And how you can benefit,
How you can learn and grow as a human being.
So not making all the judgements,
Decisions from your mind,
But incorporating your body as well.
And how is your mind at this moment?
Is it very busy?
Are you here,
Joining me,
Or are you elsewhere?
And nothing is right or wrong,
Again,
Just observing,
Becoming familiar with your own self at this moment.
And also,
Is there any emotion you sense right now in your body?
Sadness or worries?
Or a loneliness feeling?
Fear?
Or are you happy,
Proud of yourself,
That you're taking time for yourself?
Or perhaps there is no real emotion present at this moment.
And somebody is doing all this within you.
And it took me really,
Maybe some years to really fully comprehend this,
But somebody is witnessing all these things within you.
So somebody is watching your mind,
Your body,
Your feelings,
Your emotions.
And that somebody is your soul.
And when we meditate,
We try to make connection with your soul.
Not with the mind,
Not with your emotions.
Of course we deal with them,
Also the body,
But we try to make a connection with the soul.
And that's also our aim this evening.
And perhaps,
If you're very experienced,
You can immediately feel your connection,
Or the connection with your soul.
And for others,
You might need some guidance.
Nothing is right or wrong.
But by practicing meditation,
It becomes easier to connect,
To make this inner connection.
And it's very beautiful,
And it's very nice to be able to operate from your soul,
From person to person.
And that's what people also sense,
And how you can make much more beautiful connections in life compared to your mind,
Only through your mind.
So let's try to reach for this soul connection again,
During this meditation.
And I think the soul is also being fed by the energy of the cosmos,
The sun,
The stars,
And the moon,
But also Mother Earth.
So maybe from your soul,
And maybe you have a vision for this,
Maybe you have a feeling for this,
Where your soul is being,
Or is located within you somewhere,
Maybe from your heart center,
Maybe behind your heart center,
Maybe you feel it somewhere else,
Maybe you feel it more from your stomach.
But you can sort of visualize there's a channel coming from above.
Maybe to make it easier,
Just visualize or sense that your soul is located close to your heart center.
So visualize that there is a connection,
A cord,
A thread going up through your throat,
Third eye chakra,
Crown chakra,
And it's going higher and higher,
Passing your soul star chakra about 30 centimeters above your head,
And going higher and higher to the other chakras,
But then even higher and higher and higher.
And today of course,
We're going to connect with the full moon,
The super moon,
And you're going higher and higher and higher,
And just see the moon in front of you,
Your own image.
And maybe you want to do a kind of prayer,
Or maybe you want to say some words from your heart towards the moon,
So just observe what you would like to share or tell the moon,
Or how to connect with the moon.
And then you can make the connection with the moon,
Also in your own matter,
Maybe you feel like you're touching the moon,
Maybe you see that the cord is entering the moon,
Holding the moon.
It doesn't matter,
Follow your gut,
Your instincts,
Your imagination.
And this is how we are connected with the moon and the moon energy.
And then breathe in and take some of this energy inside,
So you breathe in,
And take this energy through this cord,
This thread,
All the way down inside yourself,
Through the upper chakras,
Towards your heart center.
And then when you breathe out,
Let go.
Then breathe in again,
Go towards the moon,
And take in some of this strong energy,
And let go again.
And breathe in again,
Go to the moon,
Your own image,
Visualization,
Breathe in,
And take again some of this powerful energy,
And let go again.
And one more time,
Breathe in,
Connect,
And take in the beautiful energy.
And this is just the start,
To make all the connections,
All the paths open,
To activate them again.
And then we are back to our soul,
Back to our heart,
And of course we are also connected to Mother Earth.
And perhaps you already see this connection through your root chakra,
That there is a root going into Mother Earth.
It doesn't matter where you are,
Or on which floor you are at,
Just see the root growing into Mother Earth,
Deeper and deeper and deeper.
Because we are connected also with Mother Earth.
And I find it very important to really always involve,
Connect with the Earth as well,
Especially at this time in our lives,
Where we are neglecting the world,
And we should be protecting her,
Learning from her.
So feel your roots,
Feel the branches,
Feel the strong connection with the Earth.
And maybe you also would like to say something to Mother Earth,
Just from your own heart,
So take a moment for this.
And then breathe in,
And ask some of this beautiful energy of Mother Earth,
Take it in through your root chakra,
And all the way to your heart.
And when you breathe out,
You let go again.
And then you breathe in again.
See your roots,
Breathe in.
Take the energy up again,
And let go what you no longer need.
Breathe in.
Take also this energy inside of you,
And let go again.
Breathe in again.
And let go again.
Breathe in,
And let go.
Breathe in,
And let go.
And back to your soul,
Back to your heart.
And just sense the energy around you,
Within you.
And then it's time to call in your own spirit guide,
Or spirit guides.
And for those of you who know how to do it,
Just do it your own way.
And for those who this is new,
Just say within yourself,
Will you,
My spirit guide,
Or spirit guides,
Make yourself known to me,
And guide me during this meditation.
Protect me.
And all you need to do is say something like this,
And again,
Wait,
And just sense,
Hear,
Listen,
What can happen around you.
And again,
Feel what has happened.
It can be anything,
Any little subtle sign,
That's it.
It's not very big like you see maybe in movies,
Or what you have imagined.
It's all very subtle,
It's energy.
And then I think we will also call in the archangels,
And I'll do it quickly again.
So from the east side of your body,
We call in archangel Raphael.
And this light being is carrying a kind of torch,
With a snake around it.
It's also called the caduceus.
And just think of this symbol,
And the archangel,
And the energy of the element air will arise,
And a kind of green emerald energy will enter your field from the east side.
Just sense again.
And then you turn towards the south,
And we call in archangel Michael.
And this light being carries a sword,
And gives us a blessing on all sides of our body,
Also a kind of protection.
And we call in the element of fire.
And archangel Michael provides us with a kind of blue energy,
Which protects us from the south side of our body.
And then we turn towards the west side,
And we invite archangel Gabriel.
And this light being carries a silver chalice,
A kind of cup,
And provides us with diamond white energy.
And also the element of water,
We ask to enter our field and to protect us.
And then from the north side,
We ask archangel Uriel to come in.
And this light being carries a five pointed star,
And provides us with ruby red energy to our field,
To the horizontal plane.
And the element of earth will also appear.
And now we are protected from all sides.
And then we also will ask archangel Metatron from above.
This is the most important light being,
Archangel,
Kind of the leader.
And this archangel carries a kind of geometrical figure,
It's also called the Christ grid,
Which slowly comes down in your field where you are now.
And it protects us from above.
And it enters your crown chakra,
Your third eye,
Throat chakra,
And resides also around your heart chakra.
It's the energy also of the great spirit of our ancestors.
Just sense.
And then we also call in archangel Sandolphon.
And this light being provides us with special energy from the crystal lines,
The energy lines from the earth.
We already did it on our own,
But this is a more formal way.
And this energy also comes through our feet,
Our root chakra,
Again up to the sacral chakra,
The solar plexus chakra.
And it also ends within our hearts.
And there is a kind of vortex in our heart.
And this vortex is sort of moving around,
It's cleaning ourselves.
And a kind of pure energy is connecting again with our soul.
All these energies clean ourselves,
Charge ourselves,
And make it easier for our soul to be within this life,
To follow your own path.
And it breaks down the barriers we have created,
Because of fear,
Because of pain,
Because of trauma.
So it enters,
It connects with our heart chakra.
Perhaps you can feel the pressure within your heart.
It's opening up again.
It goes deeper and deeper in our heart.
Deeper and deeper and deeper in our heart.
And you enter again the stillness,
The beauty,
The greatness of your own heart,
Your soul.
Feel the energy expand.
And from your heart,
Just send a little bit of love to all the people who are meditating right now.
Just send a little push from your heart,
So we are also spreading the love throughout the world again.
It's like a web of light again,
From Mother Earth,
The Moon,
The Archangels,
Your Spirit Guides,
Perhaps your Ancestors,
And each other.
Again,
We vibrate at this special level in the direction of love,
A high frequency.
And again,
See the Moon in front of you,
Have this beautiful image.
And perhaps the image is also a bit bigger compared to other months,
Because of this super Moon.
And just ask the Moon to give you what you need right now.
Don't use your mind,
It's not important.
Just be open,
Communicate with your heart.
Let the energy enter your heart,
Your soul,
So that that can become more important in your life.
That this is your base from which you operate.
Open your heart more and more and deeper and deeper.
And feel the energy from the Moon connecting with your soul.
And if you want,
You can use the breath again a few times.

Just see the Moon,
Sense the Moon,
Take it in,

Directly in your heart.
Let go again,
What you no longer need.

Take in this beautiful energy.
And be guided by the energy of this full Moon.
Let your mind,
Your thoughts become minimalistic,
It's not important what you think.
Let your heart be your only ruler,
Your guide.
Breathe in,
Take in the energy of the Moon.
And let the beautiful energy from your heart also radiate in your room,
Into the water in the glass.
So that later on you can also take in this beautiful energy within your physical body.
But now take it in into your astral body.
Take it in,
Breathe in and let go.
Also if you feel pain somewhere,
If you are not able to do something because of an injury,
Sense the energy,
This strong energy,
Send this to the cells within your body who are suffering right now.
It's just sending pure love to these cells.
Let this be a healing moment as well.
Take in the energy.
So it's all about sensing at this moment,
Sensing.
And again be in your heart,
Feel what is happening there.
Feel pressure,
Perhaps even pain.
Let the energy do its work,
The full Moon energy.
Feel the greatness,
The vastness of your heart.
It's like a world in itself.
And you can ask perhaps your soul,
Your heart,
What it needs right now.
Just observe the answer quietly in yourself.
What does your heart,
Your soul need?
This goes beyond the mind,
About logic,
Desires.
This is a real deep connection with your soul.
Feeding,
Charging your soul.
Being at ease,
At peace,
At a different level.
Floating at a high vibration,
All of us together.
At this level a lot of things don't matter,
And maybe you can sense that.
This goes beyond the mind.
This is a very deep sense of being connected with each other.
Because in the end this is also what we are.
We are love,
We are one.
Perhaps we are getting some downloads from the energy of the Moon and from the Earth and from our spirit guides,
Who knows.
I just feel a very strong energy,
A kind of peacefulness,
Happiness,
A deep connection with all of you.
And this is all I need,
This is sufficient.
Feel the strong energy within your body.
It's like you're being one with your environment.
Just be ready,
Be ready to accept whatever you may download,
May receive right now,
Without judgement,
Without thinking.
Your cells are just being charged,
Powered up with love,
I think something like this.
Maybe you can really feel some kind of Kundalini energy along your spine.
That's what I feel.
And the energy is still very powerful.
Actually this is what happens more often,
There are really no words to describe this.
It's just energy,
Power.
And the energies know what you need,
So you don't have to worry.
You're getting a certain download.
Your consciousness,
Your awareness is growing again.
And in the end we are all light beings.
We are all energy and perhaps this is why we meditate,
To be charged,
To feel better again,
To start living again more from this part of our bodies,
Or this body within our bodies,
Instead of our minds,
Our mental bodies,
Which have served us for many years,
But it's now time to make the switch again.
And it's like a transitional phase,
Where our minds usually want a lot of things,
Explanations,
That it should make sense,
But during these meditations,
There is no real sense,
It's just energy,
And feelings,
Images,
Sensations.
So perhaps it's becoming a little bit less.
You always get what you need,
So don't worry.
There are very powerful light beings around you,
Around all of us,
Who guide us.
So slowly,
Slowly it will get a little bit less.
And perhaps it's still very strong for you,
So please always take your time to come back at your own pace,
Just sense what you need.
