Welcome.
My name is Anita,
And the meditation I will be guiding you through can be helpful before doing a vision board,
Or at the new moon when setting intentions,
Or even just to find clarity and guidance,
Higher awareness within.
Have a paper and pen ready for when you're done the meditation and we will begin.
So as you find a comfortable seat,
Sitting in a chair operator on the floor,
Allow the body to find balance and equilibrium in both the left and the right sides.
Making those subtle shifts and adjustments as needed.
Then slowly start to shift your awareness to your breath,
And the physical sensations that you're feeling as you breathe in,
Through the nose and out through the mouth.
If your eyes haven't closed down or softened their gaze,
You can do that now.
Then take some extra time here,
Sitting with and observing all the sensations on the inhale and the exhale.
Let's take a little journey.
And let's take a little journey.
Let's journey to the highest vision you have for your life.
Allowing whatever is coming up,
Images,
Colors,
Sounds,
Even smells,
Emotions.
Allowing whatever is just filling your space and filling your energy to be present and embrace this.
And as you shift to the highest vision of your life,
Take a moment to look at yourself and notice how you look.
Your hair,
Your face,
Your clothes.
What colors are you wearing?
Turn yourself around and have a look at yourself at the back.
Really take in the image of how you look in this highest vision.
And now let's move to how do you feel?
What emotions are connected to this vision?
Is it joy?
Happiness?
Do you feel safe and secure?
Breathe in those emotions.
Continue to inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose or the mouth.
Now let's journey to what you are doing.
What activities are taking place?
Are you by yourself?
Are you with others?
Are you inside or are you outside?
Just really embrace and immerse yourself in this experience as if it's happening in the here and the now.
Make this vision as compelling and as real as possible.
Inhale and exhale.
Your vision isn't something that needs to be created.
It already exists within you.
Keep breathing in this vision.
Watching the events unfold before you.
And step into the emotions to truly connect and align with your vision.
So now it's time to ask your higher self,
The universe,
Your intuition to show you a goal or even a few goals that you need to achieve in order to fully step into this vision of your life.
What goals are being presented to you?
And what do you need to produce or do in order to actualize your goal?
See yourself carrying out these tasks that you've envisioned to help align you with your higher purpose.
You can even ask yourself,
What do I need to do this week to move me powerfully forward in my life toward my goal?
The first thing that pops into your mind to make a mental note.
Perhaps there's a daily practice that you can insert and add into your routine.
These goals and these practices will help to anchor you in your vision.
The next question I'd like you to ask yourself is,
Who can I ask for support to help me fortify and maintain my focus?
Whoever comes to mind,
Make a mental note of the name.
And as you energize your action steps,
Keep breathing and watching this movie play out.
Visualize yourself taking action,
Taking steps and doing the work.
As you look around,
Notice how your life has changed as a result of achieving your goal.
And as it all emerges,
Comes together,
You realize that you are now living your highest vision for your life.
Invite a nice deep belly breath.
Inhale through the nose and out through the mouth.
And that two more times through the nose.
And one last time.
Now it's time to step out of the picture,
The movie,
The vision you've had in your mind.
And imagine that you're holding it in your hands.
You no longer see yourself inside the picture.
You are looking in on it.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale out of the mouth,
Sending it straight into the image you're living your highest vision.
We're going to do this three more times and as you exhale,
Infuse your vision and energize your vision with life force energy with prana,
Ki,
Chi.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth,
Sending all that life force energy to your vision.
Do that two more times at your own rhythm at your own pace.

It's time now to release this vision.
Place your hand upon your heart.
Inviting and giving yourself self-compassion,
Love,
Strength and courage to go forward.
You can slowly wake up the physical body by wiggling the toes,
The legs,
Shifting in the seat.
Moving the arms and the shoulders.
And when you feel ready,
Coming back into the room.
Take some time to journal everything that came up for you.
