Hello and welcome.
Today I will be guiding you through a meditation to connect and align the heart with the sacral chakra.
Take some time to find a comfortable seat and slowly settling into your breath.
Allow the shoulders to fall and soften.
Find the rhythm of your breathing,
Becoming more aware of the inhale and the exhale as it enters and leaves your body.
We're going to take our awareness now to the sacral chakra,
Svarishtana,
Placing your hand on the space right below the belly button.
Take some extra time here.

Slow,
Rhythmic breathing.
I want you to imagine that you're standing at the ocean,
Watching the water dance in unison,
Listening to the waves crash.
And you find your feet are sinking further and further into the sand as the water races to your ankles and then falls away.
Spend a moment to invite connection here,
Connection to your womb space,
Water,
Being embraced by one another.
Inhaling,
Exhaling.
You look over the horizon and the setting sun captures you.
The color orange so rich and nourishing,
The color so alive,
You can almost taste the sweetness of its powerful energy,
The sweetness of life.
Bathing in orange of the setting sun,
You feel it balancing,
Empowering,
Motivating.
You feel alive,
So alive with this inner music.
This inner song takes hold and you can't help but start to dance.
Your hips start to move in circles,
Engaging this life force energy within,
Dancing as the water caresses your ankles and the setting sun watches.
Inhaling,
Exhaling.
And as you continue to dance,
Igniting this physical creativity,
Mind joins in.
Your thoughts,
Visions,
Images,
Take you to a time,
Take you to a time in your life where you felt utter joy,
Passion,
And excitement.
You're reminiscing on this blissful place,
Allowing these emotions to wash over you.
And as this movement with mind and body continues,
You find a sense of knowingness,
An inherent sense that all emotions felt in the past are valid,
Are sacred,
And have been present to teach you,
To nurture you,
And to help bring you into alignment.
And this awareness reaches so deep within to free you,
Completely release you of old wounds.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Taking your hand now to your heart center,
Anahata.
You become more aware of the crisp,
Fresh air around,
The smell of the ocean,
The temperature of the air as you breathe in and breathe out,
Sensations of the chest as it rises and falls.
Life-giving breath.
Taking extra time to breathe deeply and slowly,
Allowing full expansion in the chest.
You turn around and look into the distance to find a grassy knoll.
The spot looks absolutely perfect to take a rest.
As you approach,
You marvel at just how lush and green the grass is.
It absolutely emanates health and vitality.
You simply can't wait to take rest on this grass.
Taking your seat,
You spend a few moments connecting,
Feeling the air cleanse your lungs,
Your thymus,
Offering space and expansion expansion for the breasts,
Chest,
Arms and hands.
You can't help but lie down.
And as the back of the heart chakra connects to the grass,
It's as if an endless fountain of love,
Empathy and compassion fill your heart space so completely full.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Everything in the body becomes so relaxed and tension is completely released.
The air,
Grass and your breath are providing this ongoing cushion for all emotions that surface.
The feelings of loneliness,
Judgment start to surface.
You're being provided with a safe and warm place to heal.
Tears need to fall,
Welcome them.
You are at home with your heart space.
