Hello and welcome.
The intention of this guided meditation is to allow yourself to remember your inner light to reconnect with that inner compass that inner voice more clearly,
More concisely and more often.
So please find a comfortable space,
A place that you won't be distracted.
It's quiet.
Take a moment to settle into the body and settle into the breath.
Allow your eyes to close down or find a lowered gaze.
I soften into this moment.
I release the need to figure everything out.
I remember that there is a light within me,
Steady and always present.
Even in moments of doubt,
Even in moments of heaviness,
My light remains.
My light does not disappear.
It does not leave me.
It simply waits,
Waits for my awareness to return.
I allow myself to connect with this light now.
With each breath,
I feel it expand gently filling my chest,
Softening my body and calming my mind.
I don't have to force it.
I don't have to create it.
I simply allow it.
This light is my truth,
My clarity,
My inner knowing.
It is the part of me that remembers who I am beyond the noise,
Beyond the stories.
And I trust this light.
I honour this light and I allow it to guide me.
As I move forward,
I carry this light with me in my thoughts,
In my choices,
In the very way I show up in the world.
I am connected.
I am supported.
I am light.
And so it is.
