In this technique, you’ll be guided to notice the thought, name it softly & create enough space to let it move through without panic or self-judgment. Use this when you have intrusive thoughts, when trrigered, during anxiety spirals, or anytime your mind feels loud & hard to escape. With regular practice, it can become easier to unhook from thoughts instead of getting pulled into fear, shame, or mental spirals.
