Noticing your surroundings.
Seeing to yourself that I am here right now.

Feeling your presence and your place in this space.
And now if you feel ready you can gently either close your eyes or lower your gaze just to limit visual distraction.
Noticing how does it feels like to be in this body right now.
Briefly scanning your body.
Noticing your head.
Noticing your face.
Your neck.
Shoulders.
Both of your hands.
Your chest.
Your stomach.
You don't need to change anything.
Just noticing what does these parts feel like.
Becoming aware of your back.
Your neck and your whole spine.
Your pelvic region.
Your thighs.
The calf muscles.
And your feet.
Now taking a moment to become aware of your whole body.
Arriving in this body.
Now imagining a golden light coming from a place as high as you can imagine.
Imagine that light entering your body through the crown.
Moving down through the whole length of the spine.
And entering into the earth.
Going down into the center of the earth.
Imagining this beam of light entering from a higher source.
Moving through your body and reaching the center of the earth.
Now beginning to take some deep breaths.
As you inhale,
Imagine yourself expanding and opening up.
And as you exhale,
Feeling fully grounded and connected to mother earth.
With the in-breath,
Making space for more and more higher wisdom.
With the out-breath,
Rooting into the earth.
Now is the moment to ask for clarity or guidance.
So,
If you need any guidance about whatever is going on in your life,
You can drop a question in this light.
Remember to breathe deeply.
With the inhale,
Making room for this light.
With the exhale,
Connecting to the earth,
Feeling supported.
Expanding and grounding.
Drop the question and opening up to receive.
Don't try to force an answer.
Instead,
Just be open to receive.
Receiving anything that is trying to come up for you.
Continue to breathe deeply.
And now,
Whenever you feel ready,
Bring your awareness to your whole body again.
Imagining your whole body filled with that golden light.
Every cell of your body has been touched by that golden light.
Briefly scanning your body from head to toe.
Savoring this feeling of being in the body filled with that golden light.
This light has provided you with anything that you need.
Knowing that you have received that wisdom,
Bringing a soft smile on your lips.
Letting yourself fully savor this moment.
And now,
Whenever you feel ready,
You can gently open your eyes and wiggle your toes or your fingers.
Move your body in whatever way you feel like.
Connecting back with the space around you.
