Explore MeditationAfter 20+ years of personal practice, Amy Lee decided to pursue (and received) her 200-hr yoga teacher training certification from NYC's MindBodySoul Yoga and Wellness in 2019. Since then, she's received additional certifications in Yin and Restorative (Sacred Brooklyn), Accessible Yoga (Integral Yoga Institute), Trauma-Informed Yoga (Exhale to Inhale), Pranayama (Accessible Yoga School), Yoga Nidra (Bodsphere) and Mindfulness Meditation (MNDFL). Amy Lee teaches in-person yoga and meditation at Heights Meditation & Yoga in northern Manhattan.
