My name is Angela and this is a very quick and gentle meditation to help release feelings of jealousy and get you grounded a bit.
Begin by finding a quiet,
Comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without distractions.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Again,
Breathe in deeply and exhale.
Bring your attention to the feeling of jealousy.
Notice where it sits in your body.
Perhaps a tightness in your chest.
Maybe it's a heaviness in your stomach or tension in your shoulders.
Without judgment,
Simply observe it.
Imagine this feeling as a small dark cloud within you.
With every inhale visualize a warm golden light within your heart.
With each exhale,
See that light gently dissolving the dark cloud,
Softening its edges making it lighter and lighter until it drifts away.
Release what does not serve you.
Choose to listen to your deep knowing with clarity and calmness.
Feel the warmth of this truth settling within you.
Jealousy is just a passing emotion.
Connect with the love,
Trust,
And self-worth that are always within you to make the healthiest decisions moving forward.
Take one more deep breath in and as you exhale let that jealousy go completely.
Another deep breath in exhaling out the jealousy.
When you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to the present,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Opening your eyes.
Know that you can come back to this space anytime you need help releasing feelings of jealousy and help get you grounded a bit.
