Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Angela and today we will take a moment to connect with gratitude to our daughters.
I am dedicating this meditation to my daughter,
Sabrina,
Who holds a very special place in my heart.
Your bright light shines onto the world.
Your strength,
Humor,
Intelligence,
Confidence,
Kindness,
And just simply being yourself.
This is a meditation to honor the beauty daughters bring into the world.
Close your eyes,
Settle into this moment,
Allow warmth and love to fill your heart.
Take a deep breath in,
Breathing in love,
And a slow breath out,
Releasing insecurities or anything that doesn't nourish you.
My dear precious daughter,
You are radiant.
You are unique.
You are a gift to the world.
You carry laughter,
Wisdom,
Confidence,
And dreams within you.
Even if I already say these things or you never hear them,
They're all true.
You have the power to change the world simply by being who you are.
Breathe in love.
Exhale out,
Sending love to other daughters around you in your life and across the world.
Daughter,
Please know this.
You are loved beyond words.
You have a right to all your feelings,
Even if you're upset.
You are strong,
Even when you don't feel it.
You are worthy of joy,
Success,
Of every beautiful thing life has to offer.
You are seen.
You are valued.
You are good enough,
Just as you are.
Your light shines brightly onto others.
Breathe in deep gratitude for who you are and exhale,
Sending your own love and inspiration out into the world.
Let this love stay strong within you and shine so brightly,
Expanding to and connecting with all the daughters everywhere,
To the ones just beginning their journey as newborns,
To the ones in grade school,
And to those who have grown into women,
Carrying their light forward.
May you always know your worth.
May you always walk with confidence.
Take one more deep breath in,
Holding this love in your heart and as you exhale,
Sending it out into the world.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Carrying this warmth with you.
Remember you are a gift and love in all of its forms is forever.
