Our bodies change through injury, illness, aging, and life experiences. Sometimes these changes bring discomfort, grief, frustration, or loss. We may miss the body we once had or struggle to accept the body we have today. Yet even as they change, our bodies continue to adapt, heal, learn, and support us every day. As we move through this meditation, notice how your body protects, nourishes, moves, and allows you to experience life.
